what are some good ways to flaten you belly? more so the lower part?
also is there anyway to get rid of celulite and strech marks?

Not a bad one just one you dont know how to handel theres a big difference. What i would say is try eating more healthier things. For example if you go out to eat instead of getting coke get water .. instead of getting the usual large frie at McDonalds get the medium or small. Also excersize.. I would say crunches and sit ups are the best also running and swimming helps tone your lower body. For stretch marks as you begin to get toner you will eventually lose the stretch marks AND cellulite naturally. Karen answered Monday May 2 2005, 3:56 pm: You can run, jog, and do crunches and sit ups to flatten your stomach. Bicyling and running in water also helps flatten your stomach.
As for stretch marks and cellulite and stretch marks, there are lotions and creams to get fade or get rid of them. Cocoa butter and Vitamin E cream gets rid of stretch marks. I don't know anything exactly that will get rid of cellulite. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
