could you guys give me a step by step thing on how to put a tampon in? my mom just makes everything sooooo embaressing. and its just horrible with her. so is all i'd have to do is ask her for some, not have her teach me. please don't try to get me to talk to her about that. just a step by step please.

I rip my hair out

I never noticed it, but my mom pointed out that I rip the hair out of my head and arms. I don't know what's wrong with me. She says I do it all the time, not just when I'm stressed. I haven't noticed any bald spots..yet. Does anyone know what's wrong or what I could do about it?

what name of brand coloring dye box or whatever that will color my hair the exactly same color i want?
like i want sandy blonde for my hair and when they dye it, my hair won't be sandy blonde hair, it will be mix cuz of my differnt color, know what i mean? or have to go salon place or what?

cyst on my breast..im very scared

so i have this red bump on my breast, its sort of on the top and its not quite as big as a pea. i think it looks sort of like a cyst? ive had it for about a week now and im beginning to worry about it. slso its rather unsightly what can i do to get rid of it/what is it?
please help asap!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to buy a hot irion straighter, everytime i see hot irion straighter, they said 250C and 400F? what that mean? i want buy 400 f, like hot 400 degree, really hot.
and also what good thing to put my hair on befoe i do straighter?
which way is best way?
1) shower
2) blow dry
3) straighter?

Running - Taste of blood

Every winter this happens...Whenever I run , even if it is for a couple or minutes or anything , I get this taste of blood in the back of my mouth and throut[sp?].It only happens in the cold though.Like witer...lol obviously
Any reasons for this ? May it be serious ?

tanning?

alrigh so im a sophmore and ive been tanning for about a year. i LOVE being tan because i look so much better and my skin looks so much healthier looking.. ive heard all the dangers and what not but it never really hit me till my moms friends daughter who is ONLY 24, got skin cancer from tanning a lot.. she had to get a freaking chunk cut outta her leg and now she cant even be out in the sun anymore! now i really want to stop tanning because i dont want this to happen to me, but i cant stand being pale! what can i do to keep myself tan? also can i use the tanning beds while using sunscreen and still get tan, without it harming me so much?????

Jaw?

If I open and close my jaw, it randomly cracks or pops. It isn't loud [I'm probably the only one who can hear it] and it doesn't hurt at all whatsoever. People told me to look up TMJ. I don't really have any TMJ symptoms except one or two. I'm going to the oral surgeon in a few weeks for a wisdom teeth checkup so I can ask the doctor about it then. I'm just a bit worried because I thought it wasn't too serious since it wasn't painful and it never stopped me from chewing or anything like that. Has anyone had this and if so, what is it?? Thanks!!

im a freshman in highschool
turning 15
im about 5'
[yes im short]
but i have really small boobs
i know its normal to have small boobs
especially if your a small person
but im only a 32A
and it bothers me that i cant even fit into a 34A
my other friends:
one is about 5' 2' or so
and she wears a B or C
also, i have a friend who is almost the same exact height as me
but she wears a B
it just bothers me :/
what should i do?
