poop with blood

my cousin, she almost 3, tonioght she pooped with blood, somehting wrong with her?

her parent took her doctor now, i never understand why people poop with blood.

Well, it could mean something serious is wrong, but it could also happen when you are constipated and strain too hard. Straining to force it can cause rectal tears and bleeding.
Yes, that can happen to a 3 year old as well.

She's off to the doctor, so they'll get it figured out as to what is causing it. :)
