Personalizing & re-doing my room

I really want to make my room more "me", but I don't really know where to start. I don't like a single thing in it. I'm all about peace, so I want my room to somehow reflect that. I was going to paint the walls green or blue. I was thinking of putting up a bunch of posters too, but I'm not sure where I'd find them. I have carpet so I can't really get any rugs or anything. I don't know. What all can I do to make it more personal?

Do I exercise too much?!?

I do this exercise routine pretty much everyday..
1) 25 sit-ups.
2) 25 "backward" sit-ups. (You know..its like a sit-up but with ur legs moving up and down instead of stomach)
3) 20 of this waist exercise
4) 35 of another waist exercise
5) 15 lunges for each leg
6) 15 squats
7) The plank. I do that 30 seconds twice.
8) I lift 5 lb weights on each arm 20 times.
9) 10 more times of just lifting the 5 lb weight.
Then I'm done..
It get's quite annoying doing this every night..but I feel the need to =/ I don't know why. I'm not fat or anything. I used to be which is why I started exercising in the first place.I just do it every night now. But,...

okay ive been on the birth control shot since january, i spotted from the first time i got my shot til about june ish and when i got my third shot in july i have no spotting at all but today i had bad tummy pain and when i went to the bathroom i was spotting and idk why mean and my boyfriend has been having unprotected sex since i got on it. could i be pregnant???? oh yea another thing i believe i have a UTI because i can smell it in my pee but i never bleed when i had other UTI's could that be the reason????

How Credit Cards Work

If I have a credit card and let's say it's the month of June and I have a maximum balance of $500 and let's say from june 1st to june 15th I use up all $500, and I send the credit card company a check and they get it, does my balance go back up to $500 again (because I've paid the amount due) and even though it's still June, I have another $500 to use?

My boyfriend and I will be dating for 9 months tomorrow. What are some fun things that we can do together that arent too expensive? We always do the same things like.. go to the movies, out to eat, fishing, bowling, minigolf. We're ready to change it up a litte bit. We want to get out of the house and have a good time together.

Ok, so I just spent about ten minutes just going through a million different links to try and see what actually happened at the vma's but I can't find it. basically i joined a sixth form college a couple of weeks ago and for the first few days this guy would look and smile at me all the time, would always make an effort to speak with me and seemed geniunely interested in what i had to say, would jokingly tease me all the time and would constantly try and impress me, plus all his friends would always tease him when i was around. then afterwards he just seemed to pay less attention to me, and he suddenly became really shy whenver i tried to speak to him- he's started hanging out in the same group of people as me but i now have to make more of an effort to sepak to him as he is always with other people.
i really like this guy, but now im really unsure as to how he feels about me right now, how should i deal with this???

Worried i might be pregnant.

it's been about a month since my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex. i did have my period but it was about a week earlier than normal and it only lasted about two and a half days, and it usually lasts 4-5 days. My period is usually very regular as well. i've been getting nauseous more easily if i eat or smell certain things, and i get carsick a lot easier. I've looked on the internet and i'm just not certain, could it be time for a pregnancy test?

16f im currently on some birthcontrol pill and I get my period once a month for about 5 days. I seen commericials on seasonique and seasonale, first off what is the difference between those two? and Im interested in switching to one of them so i can get my period once every three months. I want to know if anyone had any problems using any of the two or if the spotting was a lot and for how long? Also on the comercial they say there is no need for a period every month on the pill so do you think that is true?

embarassing problem

I am 18/f and I just recently lost my bladder control. I have never really had this issue before, but I find that I wet myself almost every day. When I laugh, or when I realize I have to go I barely get to the bathroom in time. This is so embarassing and horrible, I like to go out with my friends but I couldn't handle it if I go caught (I might have already and I am mortified). What can I do? Beside going to the doctor, I can't afford that right now.

This summer I spent a month with my brothers friend on vacation, he came along with my family. I had already liked this boy for quite some time and naturally being with him for so long caused me to want him even more. Well the last week of the vacation we hooked up, I mean we got up to third base and all and I usually dont see myself as that kind of person doing the whole hook up thing I just feel kind of dirty I guess. Gyny problem

5 months ago I had a adenocarcinoma insitu on my cervix. I had a LEETZ procedure to have it removed and stopped taking the pill, as gyny said it can help with these cells etc. I have only had 1 period since going off the pill (not including withdrawal bleed upon stopping pill)
On 2 occasions now I have had a decent size bleed while having sex with my partner. on the most recent time i had been having an old blood discharge then the bleed which was gone by the next day. Since then, (approx 2 weeks ago), I have been experiencing a constant old blood discharge with some clots, and every few days some fresh blood (small amount lasting about 1 hour or so). I am concerned. I called my gyny as my 6 month check up is not for another month. ...

I bet $500 that no women have the guts to kick me in the nuts without feeling bad about it. The same day that happens is the same day I'll put on panties and dance to a Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Katy Perry, or Pussycat Dolls song. That's how sure I am! You can pick out the song and panties, I don't care!
I'm pretty sure no women can do this because most are too wimpy and would feel guilty about causing me pain.

i have a photography competition i want to go in. mum says i should distract my self over the holidays with something like that. but i dont know how to take exelent shots and stuff. mum said what i do now is fine but im not sure. i have tought myself ive never ever been taught ive taught myself from the start in how to use one. any help of how to take good pictures of sunsets, portraits, farming and flowers?? i was just wondering if anyone had any advise.
