Cardio

Is it ok if I only do Cardio for my workout? I go to the gym 4 days a week and the trainer at the gym said I should lift weights twice a week, but I HATE it, it seems to stupid and boring to me. I like to run, go on the eliptical and bike. I pick one each time I go and do it for 45-60 mins. Is 4 days of just cardio bad or should I really lift weights too? Or should I do a bunch of push ups/sit ups and cardio instead of weights? I don't mind doing push ups and sit ups. I just hate weights so much....
19/f, just trying to stay healthy and generally become a little more fit.

So I just saw my ex last night for the first time in a month. When I first saw him he hugged me and wouldn't let me go. We ended up talking and I kissed him he kept turning his cheek because he doesn't want to hurt me...but yet everytime I kissed him he turned red and start his nervous giggling laugh. A one point his "soldier saluted". We turned our break up into a "break"...I want to find ways to make this work we are both in love and right now that we're not together we're just content and NOT happy!
Any suggestions?

Hi, Advicenators. I am a sophomore in high school and I like a boy in the same grade as me. He is such a nice guy but lately rumors have been flying about him and I feel bad for him, he had recently broken up with his girlfriend of a few months, but he said it needed to be done. They're on a talking level but she likes someone else and I hope he likes me. So, that's what you are here for!

Massage therapy training

Hi,
I want to be a massage therapist, and i'm wondering what kind of training i have to do. has anyone gone through training for massage, and have some good tips and pointers? I'm doing my first year of community college right now and plan to get my AA transfer degree. Am i headed in the the right direction?

Eating Disorder Truths

I've had an eating disorder for two years. everyone tells me I need to get help but I really don't want to. Please don't tell me I need to eat or I need to stop throwing up because I get that all the time. Is there any way I can get help for this WITHOUT going into a treatment center? I already have a therapist, but I don't think she takes me very seriously. What should I do?

I need someone to tell me how to get over this stupid jelousy thing. My best friend is great, and i love her like one of my sisters. but i have another good friend that i was always there for. she would tell me everything and stuff, but now she has gotten closer to my Best friend A. Friend B likes to now keep secrets from me and tell friend A. and each time i try harder to get included it doesnt work. Its like frien B is trying to stel my bff....and i think its working a little. i know you can have more than one best friend and i really sont mind that, but when it gets to the point where i feel left out, that i mind. and i have tried telling friend B that! so that doesnt work. i need someone to tell me how to have a not so jelouse attitude ...

Whenever my boyfriend fingers me I get a really really sore stomach afterwards. I also get really bloated and uncomfortable. Why is this happening???
