Massage therapy training

Question Posted Monday October 26 2009, 3:33 pm

Hi,

I want to be a massage therapist, and i'm wondering what kind of training i have to do. has anyone gone through training for massage, and have some good tips and pointers? I'm doing my first year of community college right now and plan to get my AA transfer degree. Am i headed in the the right direction?

Thanks in advance

Well im not a trained professional but i learned a few things from my aunt ((a trained professional)) always make sure you massage around the pressure points ((Chi/Chakra Points)) this really helps. It makes the body feel so much more refreshed. You can look up where these points are. Just Type In Chi or Chakra Points In Google.
