I play sports, and i'm just going to come right out and say this, IT'S SO NASTY WEARING PADS!
I tried a tampon today.
The smallest theyve got.
And I was kind of struggling to get it in, but afterwards everything was great.
But when I went to take it out, it hurt SO bad.
My friends say it hurts the first few times, but not to the point where it brings me to tears.
I need help, and I can't stand pads any longer!

16/f So I was recently broken up with by my boyfriend Jake who is now my best friend. I still do love him but I have gotten over the shock and most of the pain that I felt at first. how can you get over someone? and how long does it usually take? some background info is: we dated for 15 months (broke up for 3, realized we couldn't do it then got back together), and were each other's first loves, we didn't have sex but he's the first guy who's ever seen me naked and i've ever been sexual with. i want to know an estimated time it will take to forget him.
we broke up a few days ago and i have this huge hole in my heart and i want it to just go away...(or at least until we start hanging out again in like a month) we agreed to hang out in a month and try to be friends and see where it picks up from there....so what can i do to just get him out of my headdd? :/

Boyfriends family

This Christmas will be the first one with my boyfriend. We've been together just under a year, so I think it'd seem rude if I didn't get his family something for Christmas.
Now, his older sister has just got her belly button pierced - so I know what I'm getting her. His little sister (10) I'm thinking maybe a small necklace or bracelet?
But then, I have no idea for his mum, dad and his nan, I can't spend too much as I barely have any money and seeing as it's my 16th on Christmas, my parents will have absolutely nothing.

so two nights ago, i had sex. i actually had my period but i noticed it was kind of gone so i just had sex anyway. the condom didnt break cause like he held it up after and nothing came out..but for some reason im just really nervous. well anyways, i got my period last wednesday. usually my period lasts about a week..well okay so i got my period back the morning after i had sex. but today, its just brown discharge..that doesnt mean im pregnant right? im hoping maybe its just because its the light days of my period since i got it on wednesday..but i dont know.
