Legal dating ages

Ok, so. we are not dating now because of his parents, but when he turns 17 i will turn 19 a month later, but can he legally tell his parents at 17 years old in Georiga that "he is going to date her no matter what they say" and as long as he follows the legal laws and does not have sexual contact with her, are they allowed to "date"?

Friendship problems...

Once a month we have a dance at my junior high school. Before the dance everyone usually gets ready with their friends, but my best friend never goes to the dances. I have other friends of course, but I never have enough nerve to ask if we can get ready together, and I always end up getting ready alone. I know it's not a big deal, but getting ready is the best part of the night. Last year I got ready for prom alone, and went to the dance by myself. I don't want that to happen again. What should I do?

In every school there is always an odd one out.
In this case its a girl. I've felt sorry for her.
I try to be her friend but she's impossible! She's rude,Selfish, and controlling. My newest friend has had problems with her. So I've given up all hope. Should I still try to be friends with her or should I not be her friend?

This is hard for me to type, so please bear with me. I have a history of very low self esteem, very poor body image, feel ugly and stupid and worthless, a lot of the time. Last year, I re-enrolled in University.(I dropped out, a few years ago). I did pretty well- the University even gave me some money as a prize, because I did well(was in the top five of a year of 400 or so people)
This year, I have found things much more difficult-I have had to struggle to make myself get through tasks, though my grades have been ok. I've had the biggest crush on this one guy for a while and we use to talk bit then all of a sudden we stopped talking. It was wierd but anyways I'm a freshman and he's a sophmore he's in two ofmy classes but I never get the chance to say something. Any advice how to get me into his mind again? I am a senior in high school located in NY. I applied to 12 colleges, them being.
1. Agnes Scott (mistake, sorta).
2. Arizona State U
3. College of Charleston
4. Coastal Carolina
5. East Carolina
6. Fisher College
7. Greensboro College
8. Johnson & Wales - Charlotte
9. Mitchell College
10. UNC Charlotte
11. SUNY Plattsburgh
12. Washington college
So far. i've gotten denied by 5 of them.... I have a average of a 80 in my school, which isn't to great, i know.
And only accepted by 1..that being fisher with a 5k scholarship.
My ACT i scored a 14 composite.... again, i know i'm a failure.

i heard that you can only get pregnant once a month so i thought it would be safe for me and my boyfriend to have unprotected sex . we had sex twice yesterday and today and he came into me each time . i think i was ovalating because white discharge juss appered out of no where that day . and it was slippery than it usuly is . could i have been ovalating and not even kno it .? and can i look forward to having a child . and my period hasnt came on this month but its susposed to come on at the end of the month .

I love my ex boyfriend so much. I know he feel the same way about me. We always breaking up then going back out. This time he went as far as having a girlfriend and even though I say I'm over him I'm not! He told her he love her but I don't think he do because they only been together for a month! we got into one of our biggest fight last week and he pushed me. I didn't know he had a girlfriend until this week. Monday was our first time talking since our fight and he told me that he love me and he apologized for hurting me:( he also told me he broke up with his girlfriend (which i didn't ask him)but he lied because on her Facebook she still have his last name and she update her status about him! I really love him and want to be with him but i don't know what to do!

plan b after unprotected sex

I'm the type of person who likes to use condoms. I feel like it's a lot safer than plan b after unprotected sex. But I was always curious, what if someone had unprotected sex and someone pulled out of came inside, which ever one and they take plan b right afterwards and after rinsing and urinating?? Would they still be safe? I know there's always a chance of pregnancy, but how much of a chance will there be?
I see all the time that there are people that have unprotected sex and the day afterwards they take plan b and they're fine.
So, is the pull out method and plan b or the coming inside and plan b can decrease your chances of getting pregnant?

Well I'm a 18 year old girl, and for awhile now I've noticed that everytime I see a pregnant woman I get very fascinated with her figure. Im 17 and have had sex since i was 14. I have had sex many times but it just does not feel good.
