I'm a 15 year old male that will be moving next month, far from where I live now. There's this one girl that has been very good friends with me the past three years, and I'd like to know something I could do to surprise her before I move. I'm very popular at my school, and she's popular as well, but she's sort of..overweight. So some of the guys don't treat her as nicely. But she's amazing, she would help anyone out on the spot, even if she absolutely despised them. Can anyone help me with some ideas I could do to surprise her before I move? You are such a sweetie!!! I can't think of any guy that was willing to go out of his way for a girl that he wasn't dating...that's just amazing!
I would definitely do something nice for her, something she can keep forever.
Find an excuse to have your picture taken together. But don't tell her why, just conveniently have your camera with you...say you want pics because you are moving. Then blow it up and frame it. Wrap it up really nice with a note or poem from you expressing how much she means to you. Trust me, she will love it and keep it forever!

I'm 21/f married to a 23/m. We've been married for two and a half years and we have a five month old baby girl. We've known each other since I was sixteen. Lately we've really been having our ups and downs.
We're moving two hours away from where we live now, because of the job he got. He already moved to where we're going to be living, so he can start the job and not have to drive two hours there and two hours back each day, while I stay here and sell the house. He's living in an apartment until we sell the house and our baby and myself move there.
The problem is, I don't know how to deal with it anymore. See he's a policeman, and it's something he really loves doing. I've told him I don't want him to do it but I don't want to crush his dream of being what he wants to be just because I'll worry about him. Anyways we talk alot on the phone and he comes home almost every weekend if he has it off. But some days we don't get to talk because he's so busy with work and I'm working and taking care of the baby when I get home. I miss him so much at night I could cry and cry until I don't have tears left but I force myself not to sometimes for my baby girl. I feel alone alot and sometimes I question if he really loves me or not. Then I beat myself up over it all for thinking that when I know he does.
I just don't know what to do anymore. I don't know how long it'll have to be like this but I don't know how long I can take it. Any advice would be apreciated alot. Thanks (link)

You need to go to him. Easier said than done, I know...but family is more important than any obstacle standing in your way right now.
You will be paying for both your mortgage and his rent, whether you live in the house or not. I would clean it out, put all the stuff I can't bring with me in storage and go. The house isn't going to sell any faster just because you're living in it! Infact, it will probably sell faster if it's vacant! I would lower my asking price, show urgency and stress immediate occupancy. It may take a little while, but it will sell. Then you and your hubby can buy a new love nest! Until then, I would be happy living all together in his little apartment.
Also, have you considered renting your house out instead of selling it right away? That way you are not paying for mortgage AND rent...just a thought.

well im 16 years old...and for over a year i have been having problems with my breats...very bad sharp pains..not like those that happen when they grow and everything..but really painfully sharp pains...and i have a couple big lumps in my breasts...and they keep gettin bigger and bigger not real fast but slowly..im scared to talk to my mom about it..and im scared to make an appointment to find out..wat do i do!! Ok, you NEED to talk to your mom. It's probably nothing, a fatty lump or if it is a tumor it's probably benign...you're very young for cancer. BUT, it is POSSIBLE that you have cancer. You need to get it checked our ASAP, PLEASE!

Hey everyone. My world history teacher wants to go to italy for spring break (first 2 weeks of april...yes...we get 2 weeks off) and he wants only about 5 or 6 students to go with him. Well he's obviously got a long time to plan and we'll get more information later...but right now he estimated the trip (for 9 days) to be about $2,500..not too bad right? WRONG if you live in my family! we are in a horrible money situation right now and certainly cant afford it. Heck, I dont think we can afford it when spring break rolls around..so i need a way to make money..enough money to go to italy for spring break. please dont tell me to get a job because i've already considered that and no one (besides mcdonalds) will hire at 15 around here and i'm not about to work at mcdonalds...and even if i did put in for a job...there is no promise i'll get it. So how on earth am i going to make money?? I dont like the basic idea of making and selling food because there is no point in doing it in my neighborhood. So can someone PLEASE help a sister out? Do a fundraiser! I did one for my niece and I raised $600 for her.
If you have any Home and Garden Party consultants in your area, contact them and ask them to do a fundraiser. They will give you an order form for a variety of jar candles (really good ones, too). Take the order form to school- between your friends and teachers you should sell a lot. Then have your parents take it to work, ask your family... You will make $2-$3 off each candle to save for your vacation! You probably won't get ALL the money you need, but you will get a lot!
Go to www.homeandgardenparty.com (and FYI I am NOT a consultant, I am just giving you an idea)!
There are other fundraisers out there besides Home and Garden Party, I just had good luck with them.
Another idea is to sell stuff on eBay. You would be shocked to see what you can get for the clothes you don't wear anymore.
You could do some babysitting too...there's good money in babysitting.

My mom died 3 years ago and I still cry about it! I miss her so much and would give anything just to tell her that. What you are going through is completely normal. Don't ever let it go, because letting go of your feelings means letting go of him and that's sad. Don't let it consume your life, but it's ok to be sad. The best thing I have done to help is to talk about it. Maybe your mom or grandparents could help? School counselors are great too. Keep your head up, sweetie...you will see him again. And remember that he is with you. You probably hear that a lot and it sounds cheezy, but it's true. I can truly feel my mother's presence in my heart. Good luck and god bless!

That's how people smuggle drugs. They put the drugs into a balloon, eat it and then they poop it out later, after they enter the country and pass customs. Pretty disgusting, huh? It's quite common, actually.

14/f.my mom and my neighbor go walking 2 miles or more every night. last year i started going with them, but now i'm starting not to. i know that it is good exercise, but i'm just kind of embarrassed to be seen walking with my mom and my neighbor. i know that sounds mean but its true. sometimes we walking laps around the neighborhood and sometimes we walk outside the neighborhood where other people and people i go to school with can see us. what do i do? and i'm not going to tell my mom that i'm embarrassed to walk with her, that is just too mean. I remember feeling the same way when I was your age.(not too long ago, mind you)!
Let me just say one thing...
My mom died of cancer 3 years ago. I would give ANYTHING to turn back time and just taken that walk with her, or cleaned up my room instead of arguing with her, or chosen to stay home with her once in a while instead of going out with my friends.
Looking back now, I see that stupid little things like that are very important.
I am not trying to make you feel guilty, or sorry for me...
What would it hurt to walk with your mom? If you are embarassed in front of your friends, remember that they have moms too. There is nothing wrong with that at all.

I am not sure why you wanna look like her... she looks "plastic" to me.
You are great just the way you are.
But if you feel you need a pick me up, try highlights in your hair. Try adding body to your hair. Get some girly accessories and makeup.
Just don't over do it like she does, and always remember that you are beautiful!

how do you know if your having a miscarriage ? because im like 2 months preg. and im having the abortion in 2 days .. and im getting really sharp pains in like the lower area of my stomach & its killing me .. like if im walking & i get the pains i have to sit down and i don know what to do; it feels like someones like stabbing me and its driving me nuts .. is there anyway to get rid of the pains or am i going to have a miscarriage ? Ok, first I am gonna say that I am sorry for what other people are saying to you. Just because they don't agree with your choice doesn't give them the right to judge you. I am sure that having an abortion was a very difficult and trying decision for you to make. What they are saying is not only cruel, but unhelpful to you. Don't get me wrong, I am NOT for abortion unless it is an absolute last resort and I do not condone it as being a form of birth control. But these people have no right to tear you down. You have the RIGHT to make this decision, whether they like it or not. I wish you good luck in whatever happens. I certainly hope you have the support of family or friends and/or the baby's father.
Anyway, to answer your question it is possible you are having a miscarriage. I am sure you have been under an immense amount of stress.
Please, get in touch with your doctor and let them know what's up. It's very important, for YOUR safety.

ok. so my boyfreind and i have been dating...well for one year on saturday. and yeah this isnt that much time. but still...i really want to come up with a good idea for something that will really surprise him. I did this for my husband way before we were married and he still talks about it.
I got a kleenex box and some nice wrapping paper and wrapped up the box, leaving the hole on top.
Then I got some nice paper and colored pens and wrote down 365 reasons why I love him.
I cut them out and put them in the box.
When I gave it to him, I said here is a reason why I love you for everyday we have been together.
Then I told him that he could only look at 1 per day, so it was the gift that kept on giving!
The reasons can be simple. It could be something he did for you or describing the way he makes you feel, or something like describing what makes you love him. It literally took me 10 minutes to find 365 reasons why I love my husband. It's really easy.
It's cheap and easy, and he will never forget it!

There's a few things...
You could mow lawns, weed gardens, walk dogs...
Or you could put a small ad in the paper saying
"reliable teen looking for small odd jobs, call..."
Or you could ask your parents if maybe there are extra things you can do around the house to earn a little money. Or maybe your grandparents?
When I was 13 there was an older lady in my neighborhood and I used to walk her dog and wash her dishes and sometimes dust and vacuum for her. She was really nice. Maybe you could find something like that??

ok we have 2 cats and one of them recently started peeing on my clothes!!!!its disgusting and we are pretty sure we know wich one it is but we dont want to get rid of it we know that it knows where the litter is and at our old house he used the litter it has never been an issue befor now please dont say it could be stressed cuz i know that but how do i cure it?

I agree with the first answer...keep your stuff in drawers and closets and the cat won't pee there.
Is your cat a male or female?
If it is a male, he is spraying because he wants some female attention... A little pussy... please forgive my pun I just couldn't help it!
Anyway, if that's the case then you need to get the cat neutered.
If it's a female, there isn't much you can do. I don't think spaying her would help that paticular situation.
Try having more than one litterbox. I know they are dirty and gross, but they aren't too bad if you clean them daily.

I finished school early today and I went to meet my mum outside the school. As I was getting into the car, I noticed the most popular guy in school walk past and he goes "Thanks for last night! See you tomorrow"
I don't get it. What exactly did he mean by this? My mum said he was trying to make me laugh. I'm..err.. not so popular so I have no clue why he would talk to me. He blew me a kiss once when I was in the car with my mum too. He is a major flirt and does get a lot of girls so I'm not sure if it means anything.
What's going on here? Was this just a joke or did he have some hidden agenda?

Hi,
We had a similar situation about 3 years ago. Everything is all good now. From a personal experience, I can tell you what NOT to do.
Do not go to a credit consolidation agency. These places consolidate all of your credit card bills into one smaller monthly payment. It sounds great, but it looks negative on your credit report...for a very long time. We had trouble getting a car and a house after that. We were told we may as well have filed bankruptcy, infact that would have been better.
I am not telling you to file bankruptcy, that should be your last resort.
One thing you can do is look for a new credit card that has a 0% interest on balance transfers. They are out there, and fairly easy to get. Transfer some of your bad debt (debt with high interest) and then make it your life's mission to pay off that card.
Or you could go to a bank such as Beneficial, who approves just about everyone but charges like 22% interest. Use that loan money to consolidate your bills yourself and again, make it your priority to pay off that loan.
Get a copy of your credit report- from all three agencies. Experian, Trans Union and Equifax.
If you find any negatives, try contacting the collectors to work out some sort of monthly payment. Sometimes they will lower interest or even settle, meaning they will accept a lower payoff if you pay it now.
I didn't realize how important good credit was until my credit was bad. It took me about 3 years to dig myself out, but I did it.
You just have to buckle down...forget about those cute shoes...that $30 can pay a credit card! It's really hard, but once it's better you will be glad you did it.
I also recommend having a budget. Sit down together and make a plan, write it down.
Determine how much you make, what bills you need to pay, what you need to live and budget a little for spending. Whatever is left over, use that to pay a little extra here and there. You will be suprised what an extra $20 will do here and there.

Looking at your myspace, I wouldn't think you were someone with a low self esteem. You seem very confident. I guess that proves that you can't judge a book by it's cover, huh? If I were you, I would go out and get some new clothes. Maybe get highlights in your hair, get your nails done...pamper yourself a little. That always makes me feel better.

my friend lily really wants to be in theater, but she never wants to sing. and i'm like sing lily come on i'll tell you the truth if you are bad or not. well she finally did but she was embarrased to sing right infront of me so she made a video of her singing random lines. I don't think she's like horrible. What do you think? I really want to know so I can tell her if she should try getting singing lessons or something. Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of any stores that have clothes for people with bigger bodies, sort of like plus size clothes and stuff, but nice clothes. Then there's Fashion Bug, I love it there! I am pretty sure they have a website too, just never personally used it.
If there's one near you, try Dots. It's one of those $14.99 and under stores. Quality isn't that great, but prices are and they have all sizes.
I always have good luck at JCPenney too, and sometimes they have great sales.
