You could mow lawns, weed gardens, walk dogs...
Or you could put a small ad in the paper saying
"reliable teen looking for small odd jobs, call..."
Or you could ask your parents if maybe there are extra things you can do around the house to earn a little money. Or maybe your grandparents?
When I was 13 there was an older lady in my neighborhood and I used to walk her dog and wash her dishes and sometimes dust and vacuum for her. She was really nice. Maybe you could find something like that?? [ tjam106's advice column | Ask tjam106 A Question ]

Once you turn 16, more people will be willing to hire you/ask you for help. [ pootietang's advice column | Ask pootietang A Question ]
