poop a balloon

what does it mean to "poop a balloon?" i heard it on the show "the office" and i was wondering what it meant

That's how people smuggle drugs. They put the drugs into a balloon, eat it and then they poop it out later, after they enter the country and pass customs. Pretty disgusting, huh? It's quite common, actually.

Well, haha, I just tried googling it, since Google knows all and I found this story about how this father was entertaining his kids and he pretended to poop out a balloon and let it go flying around in the air and made the kids laugh. So, I'm guessing they were saying they were pooping out a balloon or.. pretending to poop out a balloon? Lol, I hope I helped. <3
