so i have been with this team for about 6 years and i work hard each summer and i'm still benched a lot throughout the whole season. I'm not very good friends with the people on the team and sometimes i think that i'm not that good. i'm torn between quitting when the season ends or sticking witht the team. it would only be one more year of it and then i'd be done. should i go through being benched a whole year again, and keep trying to improve, or should i just quit and let the stress and other drama be gone? help!
dont worry about what other ppl say keep improving and get better and then you wont be the bench warmer!

sorry if this is long.but i need some help fast.. ok i am 3.0 student and i am a freshman and i play basketball. i will admitted i am not the worst or the best player on the team (out of 9 people i am like 5) i got 2 coachs and the varsity one has anger mangement problems that when he gets mad he will literaly through stuff. the Jv coach( my coach) really isnt fare. i got to all pratices so up on time and listen and follow directions and thent here are other people who dont show up usually and she lets them play in the game 3 times as long as me. the last two games i was playin for 3 minutes out of 2 games wit 4 quaters of 8 minutes. now what should i do. 1) quiet.
2) talk tot he coach about it even though i am not supposed to ask about playin time
p.s. the Varsity coach as called everyone stupid, losers and sluts.
i love playin b-ball and i dont know what to do?

yea so im a 15/f i really like basketball & id love to play next year but im so nervous because there are a limited amount of spots! in 7th, 8th, & 9th grade seasons i played post, but because im not exactly the tallest im having to change to guard. im really worried about dribbling & outside shots any one got anything i can practice?!

ya just partice dribbling and shooting and SPEED i had the same problem but i went from being a 5'9 SF to being a 6'2 C all in 1 summer just play a lot at that spot! and you should be good!

ok i really wanna go to a dance on Friday but my parents want to go out that night and they never go out together so if i go to the dance they cant go out because of my sister but i really want to go to the dance and i havent been to one all year! what shood i do?!?!?!?!
you should go have funn and let them go out some other time you have to live your life too! you have to have funn they made you and your sister so they did have funn for like an hour or 2 sooo its your turn!
