Q: I'm a girl, and I act like a guy a lot. I also hang around guys all the time..literally. This girl and her friends always ask me, "Are you gay? I think you're gay." And I say something like, "Liking guy things does not determine which gender I like!" And I even called her a fat b*tch (she is fat). She just won't stop.

What do I do?

you shouldn't care what those people think of you. so what if you chill with boys a lot and act like one, that's your choice, and there is nothing wrong with that, you are just interested in the same things as guys are. you need to tell them that you just are more interested in hanging out with guys, because you have fun with them, let them know you are not gay, and then leave it go, and just from now on ignore them, but don't go and call her a fat b*tch, that would cause you to be just as bad as she is. 2 wrongs do not make a right. be nice, and don't let it bother you because you have friends, that like you for you, and if they can't except you for who you are, then that's their problem. don't let this bother you, stand up to them, but be nice about it, then once you talk to them , get over it and move on! i hope i helped, any further questions, you may email me x3brose08@yahoo.com

Q: Can you shave your arms? Cuz my friend said that it looks bad if you shave your arms,is that true? Or should I take a chance and shave them?

i shave my arms... well i did when i was like 7 or so. so i didn't know any better... so since i did when i was younger, i still have to now, because it does come back darker... which is not attrative... so every day when i take a bath and whatever, i shave my arms... it's not that big of a problem. i know of many people who shave their arms, but if you do, make sure you shave them every day because if it gets stubbly, it's very unnatractive and disgusting. but if i were you, i wouldn't shave, so you wouldn't have to worry about shaving them everyday .. but if your hair is tooo thick or dark, then go ahead and shave it, there's nothing wrong with it, just make sure you shave everyday... any other questions you can email me x3brose08@yahoo.com

Q: how do you know if you're a true christian? i mean, i believe in God and that Jesus died for our sins and i go to church and pray every night, but i also lie frequently and stuff, and sometimes i feel like, intimidated by God?idk,its weird. but sometimes i get scared about like, revalation and stuff and i feel like theres a chance i wont go to heaven, even though i deffinetly believe in God and im not sure if i'm really a christian. can someone help ?

i consider myself a christian--well, i TRY to be the best christian i can be... everybody lies... it's just in our human nature... that's why God is here to help us. ask him to live in you, ask him to save you and protect you, ask for his forgiveness, and ask that he can give you the strength to live in the way he would if he would. do you spend time with God everyday? (praying to him, reading the bible, talking to him as he is your best friend)...if you have any questions, you are supposed to go to God first, and ask him to help you, you can't go in this life alone, you NEED God to help you. so just ask him to live in you, rededicate yourself to him. have faith in him, and don't give up, be dedicated to God. don't worrry about anything, pray about everything. i hope i helped some, need any extra advice, just ask me =)

k, so i met this kid at the beginning of the school year. and basically we've been in love ever since.
but we aint going out because of my mom
she hates him, and shes never even met him.. and she thinks that he just wants sex, cuz she assumes thats what every guy older then me wants. but ivee already told him that im not having sex, because i think im too young, and he understands completely. and i know he doesnt want sex, because its been 9 months and hes still here.
and we both really want to go out,

any suggestions on what i should do?

i know this is not what you want to hear, but mom's know best, she just has your best interest at thought. she just wants to keep you safe and to not get hurt... trust me, i've been down this same road as well. when i was as young as you, i was with a 17 year old, we were together for 3 years, and we thought we were in love... my mom didn't like him and said that all he wants is sex... i didn't wanna believe her... so i just did my own thing... but it bit me in the butt afterwords.. not saying my mom was fully right, but i realized i'm better off without him, and i have the whole rest of my life ahead of me... while settle down like this soooo soon? trust me, do the right thing, listen to your mom, and you will realize you did the right thing by listening to her... i hope i helped.

Q: whats the best way to get rid of acne? more than just wash it everday..... any ideas or websites.x0x0 thanks

maybe you could cut down on junk food... if you go shopping, look for stuff that clears up acne. if you pick at your acne, don't do it, it makes it worse. everybody has acne. so don't feel bad. and maybe you have acne so much because you have a lot of stress in your life right now? ... maybe find a way to cut down on stress.... make some time for your self and relax!

Q: I'm considering getting a circumcision since I heard it is less likely to get STD's. The only problem is that some of my friends said that getting a circumcision makes your penis smaller. I don't know how since it is just getting your foreskin cut. Is this true or not?

why would you care if it makes it smaller or not... size really is not a big issue... circumsision is not recommended, but it does keep it cleaner... and if you keep it un circumsised you won't have to clean it as much. it has no affect on whether you get STDs or not. just have safe sex... or obstain from it.

Q: I really like this one guy, but he doesn't know me at all, he just hangs around the same people I do. Alot of girls like him at my school, but he doesn't really go out with many of them because even though they are really pretty their not really smart and all they do is flirt with him whenever they can and I can tell he doesn't like them. I want to get to know him better but I don't want him to think I'm like all the girls who never stop trying to be his girlfriend; because even though I'm really pretty and popular I'm not like them at all, I actually care about my grades and things other than shopping. What should I do?

just talk to him as you would talk to a friend... don't make it obvious... and just hang out with him as friends... don't flirt.. and then in time you 2 will get to know each other and he might end up liking you ... just be patient... don't be obsessive and don't get your hopes up.

Q: This guy at school has been calling me really mean names such as a fucking bitch and a skank. I found out about it and I was really mad but I just let it go. Then, he started calling me it again so I went up to him and asked him politely to stop. Then, he now did it a THIRD time. I'm just really mad now and I feel there's nothing I can do exept tell the teacher. If I tell my teacher, he could get expelled from the school because my principal is REALLY big about harrasment. I'm not sure if I want him to get in trouble. But I'm sick of him making fun of me. Do you think I should tell a teacher? And why?

2 wrongs don't make a right. i know it hurts that he is calling you names... but don't let that person see that it bothers you, because if he sees that it is making you mad, then he will continue to do it... talk to your teacher about it... and just ask her/him not to take it to the principal since you do not want to get him expelled, just ask the teacher to keep an eye on him, and when he/she sees him saying something rude, then she can stop it or whatever... just don't let it get to you, and go on with your day... think of it this way---- he feels insecure about himself, so he has to make others feel worse so he can feel better... just know people love and care about you .. and just ignore him

Q: Hello. My exams are coming up this week, and my two hardest exams (history and english) are both on thursday!! Can you help me with study techniques and staying calm and alert during the test? thanks-

tell yourself you can do it, have faith in yourself. if you have study guides, ask your parents or something to go over it with you ... read the information over and over again, and you will end up memorizing them ... make sure you get enough sleep the night before... eat a healthy energizing breakfast... chew gum during the test to help settle you down ... don't rush.. don't panic.

Q: my grandma has been smoking for many, many years and sometimes when i think about it it makes me cry. nothing has happened to her yet and i always say to myself "nothing bad has happened to her yet but its just a matter of time and why should she wait" everytime she is with me i ask her why wont she stop and i give her things suggestions but she always says "tried it". how can i get her to really stop? one of my grandmothers already died I DONT WANT HER TO ALSO!

well, i say you stop bugging her about it. maybe, tell her not to do it around you. and it will cut down on her smoking... but honestly ... she is not going to stop unless she really wants to. talk to her about it, and say i already lost one of my grandmas because they smoked, i don't want to lose you too .. and that might inspire her to quit... just support her, and let her know that you love her.
