Okay, I've been suffering by myself with the effects of what I belive to be depression, or some pretty dang extreme teenage hormones. Tonite, I decided that I wanted to get help, because I'm scared of what might happen if I didn't. I told my best friend about it, and I was just met with blank stares and awkward silences. So I walked back home, with barely a word exchanged between us, and a few minutes later she called me. All she said was please calm down, and then another empty blank silence before I finally said that I'd talk to her tomorrow. I'm unsure of where to go next, and I'm beginning to think its a mistake I ever said anything. Should I be angry at my friend for not really saying anything, and looking at me like I was some sort of freak?

no, you shouldnt you have to understand what your friend is going through now, her best friend, has just admitted to suffering depression and other stuff, she wants to help and she will definatly come around and learn,you have to give her a minute since you pretty much just put a huge secret on her, she will soon relize that you are her friend and she will then help you! :-)

This is so close to what happend to me, when i was in elemt. no one liked me i think i had like 2 friends. but middle school came and i got boyfriends and girls that were friends, and if a guy likes you in middle school, it really isnt much. take it from me. dont worry middle school relationships dont last long, just go out with him..if you want to thats the best advice to give. =)

Heyy. I will be going back to school in early Sept. This summer I have really been into MTV. Well, I got even more into Laguna beach. When I see their lives, I am sooo jelious. I am not popular. Darling, it doesnt matter about outer beauty, i can agree, even though my weight isnt over,its under,and i cant do alot of running, or anything, being a cheerleader its a hard thing, my ankles,wrists and alot of other places on my legs give out, its a deep fear us girls have, not being the "perfect body" its something we all need to get used to, but if your willing to shed a few pounds try these foods if your up to the cut.

6-9 hard boiled eggs a day.
protein shakes - boost (sells at safeway)
