do ab work
lift dumb bells if you have any
and if not, go get some
do exercise tapes, like The Firm or something
take a walk
play a sport
go to the park and play games with some friends
there are a lot of options

piinkqlitter answered Friday July 29 2005, 9:21 pm: Darling, it doesnt matter about outer beauty, i can agree, even though my weight isnt over, its under, and i cant do alot of running, or anything, being a cheerleader its a hard thing, my ankles, wrists and alot of other places on my legs give out, its a deep fear us girls have, not being the "perfect body" its something we all need to get used to, but if your willing to shed a few pounds try these foods if your up to the cut.
6-9 hard boiled eggs a day.
protein shakes - boost (sells at safeway)
PLEASE DONT TRY GOING ANORECIX,BELIMIC, OR ANYTHING ELSE ITS NOT WORTH IT!
