I am not popular. We do have a popular crowd though.,.... My life can't be anything like the ones on Laguna Beach... is there anyway I can over come this and maybe even come close to having that life??? Please Laguna is almost my life....

You need to stop focusing on Laguna Beach and live your own life. I love that show too, but you have to have your own life. Most of the stuff on there is set up to look the way it does, or it's re-shot to provide the right look. Just because it's on TV doesn't mean that you should want to be like that.
Incase you didn't notice, they're having fun, being with friends, & living their own lifes. Before you worry about getting a lifestyle like that you need to find good [or better] friends and stop obsessing over a TV show. [Even though it IS a really good show.]

popularity isn't everything, dear. ]
Ok, first of all, Laguna beach is about rich teens. I really don't like that show, BECAUSE it makes everyone envious... And I'm black. (Notice how there is rarely any black people?!) You won't be able to live life like that if your parents don't have the cash. You could provide it to your children however, by working hard, stay in school, and concentrate on a profession that you would wish to go into. Working hard is the only way you can earn the cash to live in the OC... or you could win the lottery. ]
um i dont think so ]
i wish lauguna beach was my life too...all i can say is have good friends...girls and guys and maybe come together as a group...hope i helped ]
We've all been raised to believe that someday we'd all be millionairs, movie gods, and rockstars. guess what? We wont.
Everyone is slowly learning that fact.
The sad part is, you're modeling your life after a television show. What kind of sad desperation do you have in your life?
Realise this. Say you accomplish your dream of "popular" status. What then? When you get out into the real world, and away from the fabricated school life; when you're going in for a real job and the recruiter asks "why do we need you for our company?"
Do you think "oh well I was popular back in highschool" will really work? Will it really matter? No.
Do the "popular" people really have more friends than any other people? Not really. They're only recognised as popular because of the mass opinion that they are popular.
Get over Laguna Beach. Learn that what you want to be means nothing. Learn you will never achieve what those television personalities have achieved.
Then, maybe you can be happy with yourself, and where you are in life. ]
hey there. well let me be the first to tell you, popularity isnt as fun as it seems. trust me, i know. what you dont know is that i bet a lot of the popular people at your school with they could just blend in like the rest. when your popular, you are constantly judged. people hate you automatically for no reason other than assuming they know what your like. also remember this, dont ever act like something your not to get other people to like you or think your cool. you have to be yourself. be original. it will make you more interesting. which will make more people want to get to know you, which if you really wanted, could make you popular. but more than anything, have fun and enjoy high school. ]
