why do girls shake thier legs while siting in chairs?
Boys do this too, not just girls. People do this because they are bored or just cannot sit still. They have excess energy and/or adrenaline while sitting down for so long, and feel the need to get rid of it. They usually do this involunarily.
They could also have Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), but that can be unlikely.

me & my b/f have been going out for a year and 2 monthes. we never really go out. & we dont like each others friends a lot. I want us to go out but we dont have a lot of money and we are too young to drive. & i want it to be just me and him, like us time. Does any one have any ideas, that are cheap? However cliché this may sound, you could go to the movies together. You could bring your own snacks and drinks, so it would cost less.Or you could watch a movie together at home.
You could also go for miniature golf or another such activity.
There are also some board games or other games such as Mad Gab and Taboo. Or you could play together, or games on the tv such as Scene It!. You'll have many good laughs and learn more about each other.

i live in the UK, and always have a cold. like for months now, ive had a really bad cold. sometimes runny nose, sometimes blocked nose, cough's, etc. the doctor gives me medicine but after i finish it, it just starts again, and sometimes doesnt even go away with the medicine. the doctor says its an infection, bu it doesnt even go away with antibiotics. could it be my immune system? its not the flu because ive taken flu shots. if it is my immune system, should i take those pills for a weak immune system that you can get? thanks :)
I don't want to contradict your doctor, but perhaps you don't have a cold, and you only have allergies. All of the symptoms you listed are also symptoms of allergies. Blow your nose. I know it sounds disgusting, but what color is it? If it's yellow, you have a cold. If it's just clear, then you probably just have allergies.
Go to your doctor and ask. If you have allergies, go to an allergist. They can test for what allergies you have. You can get allergy medicine, or if you have really bad allergies, you can take allergy shots.

I have the Sims 2, Season, and Pets loaded on my computer..
If I delete the regular Sims 2 can I still play Seasons and Pets? Because it's taking up to much memory on my comptuer.

Season and Pets are expansion packs. They cannot work without the original that it is expanded on (Sims 2). Sims 2 has most of what is needed for the program to run; without it, the program is useless.

Does anyone know how to fix this? This kinda happened to me once but the whole blue bar just moved up to the top, not one on the bottom and one on the side like how she did it.
When i had a similar problem before, I just moved my arrow around the blue bar until my arrow turned into a 4-endnded looking arrow which allowed me to move it back.
Which i tried with this problem but nothing shows up.
All you need to do is click and hold on the taskbar, and drag it back down to the bottom. You could put in on the top if you really wanted to. Or even all the way on the left.

Yesterday I tried out for a musical and for the first time in an audition I had to sing. Well I was nervous because before people have told me I sing bad. But this time I sang "fabulous" from hsm 2 (I know it's a bad song, but it's the only one I could remember!) and the my friends told me I was amazing and one told me I sounded like ashley tisdale. I think maybe this was because I was onstage and I could be as loud as I want, because usually when I sang I was afraid others would hear me so I sang soft and high. Well this weird thing happens to me when I get onstage, like I don't care what anyone thinks. But one thing I really really want to do is to vibratto in my voice. You know how your voice vibrates at the end of a note. I'm so jelous of girls who it comes naturally for! This little girl can do it so good. Is theere any way I can learn?

Vibrato is a slight constant change in the vocal tone. Do not change the tone too much; you will go out of tune and be off key. And that's one of the worst things a singer can do.

I have a Kodak Easy Share Digital Camera, and I use the Easy Share software to put the videos on my computer. I use Quicktime Player to view the videos, if this information is useful.

If the videos are already on your computer, you need a DVD burner in your computer. If you already have one in your computer, there should be a program installed to take you step by step to burn the DVD. If a DVD burner is not installed in your computer, you can always go to a computer store and they can install the burner for you. There are also external DVD burners you can buy, such as ones that can plug into your USB port, and switch between different computers if need be.

There are countless amounts of scrapbook materials out on the market. The best store I can think of to buy scrapbook stuff is Michael's. Ragshop was good too, until it closed, but Michael's was still better for scrapbooking. If you're scrapbooking according to events, there are tons of background sheets, stickers, and stamps to use with so many themes. Just be creative and have fun; he will love whatever you make for him.

I don't like my friends anymore. Please pardon me if this sounds conceited.....But I'm just trying to make a point; I'm at a higher level than them. I consider myself to be, and I've been told I am. They always either put me down or just.....ignore and neglect me.
They never ask to do stuff with me. I'm the one who always has to ask.
They go somewhere with their other friends and don't even include me. They have parties, don't include me.
At other times, they talk to me only when they need homework help or when they're bored.
And these are my BEST friends. Like, I won't hang out with anyone else.
And they make me feel bad about myself....I know I'm prettier and smarter (please don't yell at me...I'm not trying to sound conceited) I consider myself to be...And they just sort of.....detain me, you know? I already set a high level for myself.
They all have boyfriends. And most of them broke up with their boyfriends, and their boyfriends formed an interest towards me...And they get SO jealous.
It's like..Friend 1: OH MY GOSH! WHY ARE YOU TALKING TO HIM?!
Well, maybe because he's not your bf anymore?!?
I feel like i'm wasting my life/time/energy on these girls and guys when I could be out there hanging out with better people or, even better, not hanging out with anyone at all (I wouldn't mind)

I don't think you need any advice other than the advice you're already giving yourself. If you feel you shouldn't be their friends anymore, don't be. You know what you need to do, now just take action. They don't act as friends should; you're right about that. If they aren't assertive in making plans with you, and you're the only one that is, then don't try to make plans with them. It sounds like they're just bringing you down, and no friend should do that. Try to find some friends that are more like you that will bring about a more positive relationship and help you along to success.

okay so i took my boyfriends ipod so i can bring it home & put pictures & music on it for him. his computer won't let him. i don't have itunes so i tried using windows media player.. well i tried it & everything & i copied the music on there but it didn't show up on the ipod. so i was like okay w.e. i plugged it back in & the screen on the ipod says connected eject before disconnecting. & i disconnect it & the screen is like froze. it was working fine before & i just plugged it back in & it froze the ipod. i tried everythinggg. plugging it back in, unplugging it, turning it off; it won't let me. i pushed & helded every bottom. i swear i tried everything. i will not become unfroze. i told my boyfriend & hes like well fix itt. i'm like freaking out, i don't know what i did to itt. any ideas on what i did & how i can fix it ??? please help me.

Apple only allows for you to use iTunes for iPods. First, try pressing Menu and OK (the middle button) at the same time and hold them down. If this doesn't work, try waiting for the battery to drain until it is dead, and it may let you use it again after recharging. If that doesn't work either, try plugging it into the computer again, or another computer. If that still does not work, call Apple and see what they have to say.
Don't worry, this wasn't your fault. IPods do this all the time. At least, mine does.

Hey guys I would really appreciate it if you guys would help me. Ok we'll I got a new laptop and it had internet and it was fast since I have DSL. So I tried to download ares which is a music program and after I downloaded it the internet is going so slow. It probably takes now like 10 minutes to go into a website I'm not kidding! So what could be wrong with my internet.? Its not my connection becuase its fine its something to do with my laptop please help! Thanks so muchh!
You may have accidentally downloaded a virus along with it. You should certainly check your computer for viruses.
If you don't have a virus, you may just have too much on your hard drive, and this program added to it. You should try to delete files you do not need. This goes especially for laptops, such as your own, because laptops do not have as much memory as desktops.

Well at school I used thsi program called Microsoft pulisher or something like that to make a Brochure for this project.
It's due on monday so i e-mailed it to myself so i can finish it thsi weekend and print it off to hand in on time on Monday.
Now when i tried to open it, it wont' let me because i don't have the program. I tried opening it with every single program of photoshop or anything i could!
That program had like designs already made for me!
I could work on it at school but you have to pay 5 cents a page and there's no colour (you're marked on colour).
Is there anyway i could open it up, or does anythign know anywhere else, a site perhaps that I could use to make a brochure on the computer??
I could draw it by hand but there' some very important pictures I need to include and well, I'm not an artist.
I could use a word program maybe, and divide the page but i don't know the measurements to properly divide the page into 3 parts!

We've used this in school many times and it works pretty well. You can't change colors for each design, however. But other than that, it works great.

Somehow Paint, the program that comes with all computers, is no longer on my computer at all. No links, nothing in the recycle bin, no trace of it. Is there anywhere I can download it? I searched google, but it came up with other programs other than the basic paint.
First, go into Control Panel and go to "Add or Remove Programs." Click "Add or Remove Windows Components", and see if Paint is on that list. If it is, and it's not checked off, check it off.

Okay, I have a Windows XP Dell Laptop Inspiron 8200. Whenever I try to start up the computer, it goes right to the Dell loading screen.
Then, it goes right to a black screen with a white message that says:
Primary hard disk drive not found
Fixed optical drive not found
No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry reboot, F2 for setup utility.

Both of these drives in your computer are fried or somehow not connected. Bring your computer to a computer store that does repairs and have them look at it. A connector may be loose, or the drives are dead. If they are dead, you will need to start from scratch, with either a new computer, or new drives in this same computer (which will result in working like a new computer).
Call Dell before you go to a computer store, but chances are their help line will send you in circles. But if you have a warranty, they should be able to help.

I'm thinking of joining one of the school plays or musicals. I have hardly any acting experience but I can sing very well and i think if I really tried I would have the potential to be a good actor. My dream has always been to play a lead role in a show. Do you honestly think this is possible for an inexperienced sophmore to work their way up and eventually get a lead? Do you think it's worth the hard work and dedication?
This can certainly happen; I have many friends that have done so. If you can sing, dance, act, and do whatever else the part requires, it is possible you will get the role. It is certainly worth it if you are cut out for the job. Also, even if you get an ensemble part the first year, don't give up hope. Be enthusiastic and do your job well, and your director will see that. Next year, you may get a bigger part, and the next year, you'll be a senior and perhaps get an even bigger part.
Unfortunately, yes, you do have to work your way up the "food chain," and seniors are more likely to get a main part. But that is not always the case.
So, good luck, have fun with it, and don't be disapointed. Even as an ensemble member you will learn more techniques and have tons of fun. And no matter what, you're the star of your own broadway show.

First think, are you attracted to him? You seem to be. You do not have to be physically attracted to him; looks aren't everything. If you do want to be more than friends with him, go for it. It's your decision.
As for him dating two girls you used to be friends with, think: does it matter to you? What only matters is what you think and feel. You said they Used To be friends with you? If they're not friends with you now, does it really matter then? And you said yourself that those two friends do not mind.
You said both of you have been friends for a long long time. You seem to have gone through a lot together. Your relationship can withstand anything that's thrown at it. The two of you are open with each other enough to confess your feelings for each other. No matter what happens, I'm sure your friendship will never fail, and it will only soar higher.

I have auditions soon for our school musical, The Pajama Game. It seems like a fun show, and i can't wait to do it. We have a great theater program with great kids. We have a choice of which songs to sing. Should i sing I'm Not at All in Love or Hernando's Hideaway
First, think: What song do you like the best? I personally like "I'm Not At All In Love" better. When you love a song more than another, you will most likely be more passionate, and therefore do much better. Make sure you check with your director to see if there is a song he would rather you sing. If there is a certain part you wish to try out for, you may need to sing a certain song to be eligible.
So ask your director, hopefully he will give you an answer that makes sense to you, and above all, do what you think is best, based on which song you like best and what part you may want to go out for.
