Baby Its Fact -- Hellogoodbye
Must've Done Something Right -- Relient K
So Much Love -- The Rocket Summer
&& This song isn't really a love song really, but my heart melts everytime I listen to it and once I woke up (I sleep with my iPod on) because I heard a really pretty song playing so listen to this too: What We Hate, We Make by The Rocket Summer

I don't know if these are too cheesy for you, but I like them. I could think of more, but these are all I can find at the moment in one playlist I have. Hope this helps.
Christy Carlson Romano: Could It Be
Hairspray (the musical): It Takes Two; Without Love
Hannah Montana: One In a Million; You and Me Together
Jesse McCartney: Beautiful Soul, Why Don't You Kiss Her?; Because You Live
Jonas Brothers: Just Friends
Miley Cyrus: See You Again
Wicked (the musical): I'm Not That Girl; As Long As You're Mine
Rascal Flats: Life Is a Highway; What Hurts the Most
