my jv squad has a competition and our school rally coming up in february. we dont have a routine or anything yet, but our tumbling coach is making us a cd. what are some really cute songs to be used in the dance part, or for stunts, or for tumbling. and what sections of the song would maybe be cute and what for? thanks! Haha, I laughed because the person below me put Fer Sure by the Medic Droid--which is one of the songs I was thinking of.
But I think the remix might be better for dancing to.
And I'm assuming you don't want any of those common cheer songs like Hey Mickey!, right?

Sorry, I listen to a lot of Rave music so I don't know how much I can help beyond rave songs..but Pretty Rave Girl is a good song and you should definately listen to it and see what you think. =)

I'm looking into learning to play the electric guitar. I've looked at many sites and talked to a few friends, but none of their advice has helped me thus far. So, I was wondering if any of you could tell me what you guys think. What brand and model of guitar is suitable for a beginner?

It depends on how serious you are about it..
if you think this might just be a phase or something and you don't really want to spend a whole lot of money -- I suggest a Beringher..they're cheap and they work.
But if this is something you're really serious about, I suggest a Fender.
I personally own a Fender Stratocauster and it is the best guitar in tha world. =)

Does anyone suggest any songs? I want the kind where it's sad/has a sad story/has a sad tune/talks about losing friends/talks about life, and how hard it is/talks about friends and stuff/talks about how everyone hates you, or that no one cares/no one cares about you/talks about how things have changed and won't be the same again..... Just stuff similar to that. Maybe by bands that aren't that popular and don't have a lot of screaming/talking in it. Bands that aren't country.... Just ANYTHING will work! Please feel free to make the list long, and list the song name and artist please!

Hi, I am a male in high school. I have like 60 songs on iTunes, while I know some people that have thousands. I really like listening to music, but I just don't have any idea how to be "aware" of it.
Some people know every new song that comes out from various artists that I have never heard of. They know every new artist and words to every song they have ( I may be overexagerating a little). How do I keep in touch with music and find new artists so I can talk to other people about artists and their songs?

Myspace is a big one..but I REALLY recommend Last.fm
On last.fm you can type in a genre, band, song...whatever and it will have related genres, bands, and songs.
Say you type in something common like:
Panic! at the Disco
You could get something a little less common like:
The Starting Line
or
Mae
Also, last.fm is a really good way to meet people with similar music interests as you.

i'm gonna show you a picture of my dog, right below here.
Tuesday night we found him on our porch, we don't know what happened to him, and i was hoping someone on here could tell me whats wrong, or what happened.
we don't have enough money to take him to a vet..but we have this ointment stuff, and one of our other dogs got cut and it healed him, so this should definetly work, but everyone else is telling us to get "blue ointment"?
well here he is, does anyone think he got cut or burnt?
my dad thinks he got ranover, but we're not so sure.

oh and this 'cut' is located on his back, almost by his tail, and it's really wide, thick, and kinda long.

My dog had something similar, though not as bad.
Your dog probably did not get run over, but rather the car (or whatever it was) brushed your dog away and he skidded on the asphalt.
I know you said you don't have the money, but your dog is going to need stitches.
This happened to my dog, and it cost about $700.

What would be the best method for piercing my own tongue web.
I know you're gonna say it's stupid and self piercing is bad.
I have quite a lot of experience in self piercing. I use gloves, make everything sterile and also use proper needles.
I haven't found much information about this piercing, but I love it.
I can't afford to go to a proper place, and I prefer self piercing.
Don't ''give advice'' if you're gonna say something like it's stupid!! Ewww Don't do it yourself.. etc.

Okay..
But firstly, I need to let you know...tongue piercings are the most dangerous piercing to do by yourself.
There is an artery that runs through the tongue, and if you puncture this, you can bleed to death.
But I guess if you still want to do this...
What my friend Ashley did was take a pin and poke it through her tongue..its really that simple.
Taking care of it is the harder part:
1. Use a barbell that is a lot longer than normal barbells, because your tongue will swell, possibly twice its normal size.
2. Use mouthwash...not Listerine and not anything containing alcohol.
3. If you get an infection do NOT take the barbell out.
4. In about a month, you can change the barbell to a normal sized one...about a 5/8...but dont do this before your tongue is its normal size again!!
But, again, be careful!! This is a very dangerous piercing to do at home!!

im learnin to skateboard and i trip over every crack in the street is there anyway to change that lol. or is that for everyone. is there anytricks i should know? i really need help. (link)

I learned to skateboard a few months ago so I totally know where you're coming from.
It's definately best to practice on a flat street when you're first starting but sometimes this isn't always an option (it wasn't for me).
But, its important to remember that the faster you go, the more cracks and bumps you will pass over. Say there is a rock in the middle of the street. If you're going really slow, you wheels will stop over it and launch you off the board.
If you're going faster, your skateboard will usually go right over it.
Skateboarding is a very dangerous sport, but fun, and I recommend that you purchase wrist guards. Knee pads are good too, but you're a lot more likely to break your wrist when you're beginning.
If you're not comfortable with going to fast yet, try practicing 180s and then 360s. You will be more comfortable with your board.
But to be a really good skateboarder, the best tip is : don't be afraid to fall.
Because you will fall...a lot.

im 14/m and i have medium length hair. It goes in front of my eyes a little and is a dirty blond color. What are some suggestions on styling my hair. I like the scene/emoish look if that helps. My hair is pretty straight and curls a little in the back due to me looking up when its wet XD lol. Hmmm...scene and emo hair...
Well, firstly you need to run out and buy three things:
1. pomade (this is like hair wax kind of..i use got2b defiant from schwarzkopf) you can buy this pretty much anywhere
2. hair spray- any kind will do but your best bet is something that says mega hold, and does not make your hair sticky and keeps it straight all day
3. flat-iron - it sounds like your hair is relatively straight so you may be able to get by without one, but it is recommended. you can buy a cheap one for about 15 dollars at wal-mart but i have seen 5-10 dollar ones at drug stores before
The next thing you need to do is style it (obviously):
1. Brush it...easy enough.
2. Spray hairspray on the UNDER LAYERS of your hair. Don't spray it on top, it will make it sticky!!
3. Use pomade. A little bit goes a long way...don't use too much or your hair will look greasy. To use the pomade you rub it in between your palms and either a) scrunch it into your roots or b) use it to spike the back layers of your hair which may require more pomade.
4. At this point you may choose to back-comb your hair (you brush it up instead of down) but this isn't necessary...whatever you feel will look best.
The best way to learn to style it is to look at scene/emo pics online...I personally reccomend photobucket or sometimes myspace because that's where all the scene/emo people upload their pictures.
