Don't you think that the following advice (The lawsuit part) I received from another website is bad advice: I think that anytime a manager is in a bad mood they should not open their mouth. With Tania it seems if she is in a bad mood she starts being unprofessional herself and creating a hostile work environment. I told you before and I will tell you again, if you want that woman removed quickly then you and at least one other staff member has to file a lawsuit against your firm for creating a hostile work environment. Believe me, once your company gets served they will move mountains to get Tania out of there because failure to do so could end up meaning they pay millions of dollars in damages to those who filed suit. There are federal employment laws against being treated the way Tania treats you all.
HERE IS THE STORY I ASKED ABOUT: I work in a large company. About a year ago Tania replaced the male manger who everyone loved. Tania is very mean spirited and is always moody. You never know if she is going to be mean or nice. She has caused such friction in our department that people are at each other throats. Our clients have been noticing a change in my coworkers spirits. And yesterday she called one of our most professional workers unprofessional due to the fact that this coworker had to leave because of an emergency at home. Tania will write people up for nonsense (for things she could just ignore).
The reason I think the advice is bad is because I need my job so why would I cause friction and file a lawsuit. After that I would have to quit my job. Also one major client called the CEO's office and told the CEO what is happening in my department (link)

Personally, I think they may have thought of your story as so she was just a meany [you know the word] to everyone and was just plain out ridiculous. When I read it, I just think before you had an easy going, free spirited loved guy. This woman is probably either new or very professional and wants to show her boss that she can do the best she can. I think you should continue working but if she ever specifically does something in harm of you, or makes you feel uneasy, then you should pursue action.

My screensaver goes on in 10 minutes of no activity. When I'm playing a video, and nothing else but watching it, will the screen saver come on if I don't move the mouse every 10 minutes? (link)

Yes, it will but you can change the settings by right clicking on your desktop screen, clicking properties, then the option at the top says "screensaver" and it says wait: then a number, it's default is 10 min but you can change it to like 50 minutes if you want.

Diet pills are very bad for the metabolism and health for people between the ages of 1-23ish. I would reccomend dieting plainly. It really screws you up, and you could get addicted to them. When you take them, if not correctly, you can wind up looking scarcely looking. I think you need a perscription for a good brand of diet pills so i think there is an age limit.

I've always had oily skin, but over the summer I've developed really dry skin as well, I assume because of puberty, etc. It varies in how peely it is, but lately its been ridiculously peely- it looks like I rolled my face in a bowl of dandruff at times. It's also only on certain parts of my face, currently in the "goatee" area, which I don't do anything to differently to. I stopped using my Differin acne medication, as well as any other products that may have irritated my skin. For moisturizer I use Lubriderm for extra dry skin, as well as Aveeno. They don't help much, as soon as my skin absorbs it, I start flaking again. Can anybody recommend a moisturizer that works wonders for extra extra dry skin, or prescription moisturizer? Most of the average drug store over-the-counter ones don't help me. Sorry that this was rather long. (link)

I have the same problem with dry skin, exept it is on my hands. What really helped me was Johnsons Nurishing Renewal Lotion it took my dry skin away in, from what I remember, 3 weeks :)

Just steal it.. I am just kidding. Well you could make something like necklaces out of around the house things and sell them around the neighborhood. A car wash is a great idea because it has water for outside and you and your friends could help. You could go around to clean peoples pools. Anything little you could do, ask lazy people ;D

*Names have been changed. My friend ... lets call her Sara* is 17 turning 18 in a few months. Every day we sit together on the bus and lately it seems like she's been talking about her mom lately and how mean she is to her. I didn't think anything of this really. I mean, she probably did something wrong and her mom punished her. You know how teenagers are ... they tend to overreact sometimes. But today, when we got on the bus in the morning she seemed really upset so I asked her what was the matter. She started telling me this. Sara said it was her, her mother, and her little brother *Josh. So Josh was drawing all over the windows and Sara made the comment "How old are we now *Josh" And her mother freaked out, told her to shut the f*ck up, grabbed her by the hair and tried to pull her out of the car to make her walk home and was hitting her and stuff. And she told me how her mom makes her sleep in the garage and takes away her dinner and stuff for being bad. I feel really bad for her and want to help her, but she doesn't really want me to say anything because she doesn't want the police to think that shes the one like hitting her mom or something and she doesn't really want to move out since shes so close to being 18. I've told my mother, and my mother told me to talk to someone at school to get help but i'm not sure! Someone help me and tell me what you think is the right thing to do.

Well, I am really wanting a digital camera these days. I know they are pretty pricey also. I want one that has the little screen in the back so you can look at the picture you took.
How much are digital camera's in range? And another thing, I am about 13 and I really want to buy my own because I know my mom can't buy me one.

Ooh, it could be exsama, you should see a doctor. Or it could be the begginging of stretch marks. I know, if your skinny your probably like "I can't get those." But looking exessive weight causes you to get them too. In that case apply coco butter to ur legs about 3 times daily.

ok so .. i am not the skinniest person in the world but i am on this diet and i am loosing weight. i've already lost 10 pounds and im continuing so by summer i should be able to look good in a bathing suit.
heres my problem. last summer i wasnt really comfortable in my bathing suit. i only wore a bikini becuase everyone else did and i thought people would idk if i didnt so its hard to explain.. so ithink my friends talked about mebehind my back and stuff wehn i wore one because they are like skinny as anything and theyve never had problems with weight.

ok well I am self consious so i get what you are saying ALL my friends say they are "fat" and i just look away, more or less im the most curved one and i am chubbier than them... then again im 5 feet taller. Listen, it depends on your mood. If your not comfortable in a little bikini do what I do, try looking for a bathinf suit with a skirt, they cover up alot {i mean if your uncomfortable) or you could wear bathing suits with attachable shorts. they give me confidence and you know what, you don't need to be pencil thin for any one because they talk about you. Also your not sure... if they did right? So maybe they just commented on your bathing suit or something. Well you should work out in the morning {this is what i do to lose weight if you want to know) like turbo workout on uhm tv was good. Dance for 20 minuntes a day, it boosts utr metabolism and will make u digest food faster.
For the friend thing... ok ask your closest one first, and really tell her you are trying to slim down and need their support. Tell her to help you also, and just smile and be nice don't try to say "You guys or "You did" Say like "I feel horrible I didn't no or "I need you guys to help me. If they are nice relient friends, there will be no other explanations nessassary.
