just tell her that now your 17 you want to go on the pill just incase, my best mate just told her mom that she thought her and her boyfriend were ready to take the next step but she wouldnt untill she went on the pill and to her suprise her mom said she was very responsible and was really seportive. you never know your mom might suprise you too. x ]
I'm glad I can answer this. I'm thinking about birth control because I'm sexually active. But you know what you could do? Say to your mom,
"I think I'm getting ready to start experimenting with some things, and I just want to be responsible and take the precautions that are neccissary (spelling?). I want to be safe and I think birth control would come in handy."
Try that. Hopefully she will understand. ]
hi!! theres really no way to bring that conversation up in a conversation. I would just sit your mom down and tell her you want to be safe, if u do deside to have sex. and when you go see the doctor he will probly give u suggestions on what type of birth control.
hope i could help good luck

Seasonal would be a great choice and I don't think your mom would be worrying about the price. To bring it up, you can talk with your aunt or something. Then you both could go to your mom instead of just you =) ]
