um it only cost money if you have insurance. if you say you dont want to tell your parents than they wont make you pay for anything. if you do say that you have insurance than i think insurance pays for it im sure though go to there website www.plannedparenthood.org i think thats it and type in your zip code and they show you the ones closest one to your house.
