i am trying to go on a diet and it works for a day then the next day i totally pig out! then i regret it and the process starts over! does anyone have any dieting tips?
First of all what ever anyone tells you do not go on some weird crash diet all you have to do to loose some weight is eat healthy salds and fruit salds drink water no soda...excirese too... you can run or jog go on a tred mill but only for short periods of time dont make urself sick. hope i helped! good luck!!

I went to six flags with Ski club at my school! My FAVORITE ride was Mr sixes pandimonim that was the best!! I also like mind eraser and super man and bat man!!! Hope i helpedd!!!( go to the pool its funn!)

Okay, so my best friend "Christina" and I both have pasts that deal with suicidal type things. She was in a mental hospital earlier in the year, and when she came out she promised to stop cutting or try to call me whenever she felt like that, and I promised the same to her. About a week ago, my grandmother died, and the other day I got a call from her, saying she was going back into the hospital. I asked her why she didn't tell me and she said she wanted to give me time to "mourn." I feel like she doesn't trust me as much as she says she does, and I don't know what to say to her, because I'm hurt that she wouldn't talk to me and I'm scared that she's gonna hurt herself too badly someday, and I don't know what to do to help her anymore. Any advice on what I should say when I talk to her next? (Sorry this is so long)
First this is fine its long lol but next i am so sorry about you grandmother but back to ur story... hehe.... maybe she wants to be secretive and is embaraased i know you had a promisse but maybe she feels uncomfterable to talk about it. let her tell you when she is ready... best of luck! i hope i helped tell me what happens!

I'm 15 and my sister is 14 and she cuts herself. I just found out like 45 mins ago bc she left me a comment on my xanga saying she has a career she was looking into but she didnt know how much it paid and she wouldnt tell me what it was so I figured that maybe she searched it up on the search bar. When I checked the search bar history I found a bunch of stuff about "I cut myself" and "I cut myself and a friend wants me to stop" and such. Then, since it's late at night and she usually is in the basement at night, I tried to sneak downstairs but she caught me.
Well she started casually talking to me and asking me why I was downstairs and I looked at her arms and saw they were bloody and I almost started crying but then I mentioned how I found the articles and started asking her about it and she just smiled goofily and I looked at her arms and saw all these scars I saw before but never thought of as cutting herself just from cats. And I said "why would you do something so stupid, whos your friend" and she said "dont tell anyone, it doesnt matter, you used to cut yourself" (which I briefly cut my wrists for 3 months last fall, it was a dumb mistake and I even told her that I only did it because I thought it would make my problems go away but it never helped) and she just tried to play it off as a huge joke, and said dont tell anyone, its not a big deal. But it was! These weren't little puny cuts they werent to big but not puny! She said she doesnt tell ppl about them (xcept that friend) but thats why she wears hoodies all yr.
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! I want to tell my parents but I dont want her to get mad. I really want to tell my best friend but she's not online and I'm just confused. This is my baby sister and I dont want her hurting herself. I asked her why she was doing this to herself and she didnt have a clearcut response but argh.
Please help. I really need some guidance on this I'm very confused.
ok first you did the right thing i understand how you almost feel confused. i know you dont want to be a tattle tale but this is serrious she could get very hurt. your older you should be the one to tell her right from wrong i think you shud tell your parents so she can get help. This is really scarry but you cant just watch her do it like in a movie you need to stop her think of what would happen if you didnt.

My mom keeps on intruding on my life. Heres a perfect example: Im sure some of you have an AOL screen name right?? For instant messaging? Well, I have it. And it has something called a log manager whice saves all of my conversations. So anyways, She READS MY MESSAGES I SEND TO PEOPLE. And then shes like, "YOU SWEAR TOO MUCH YOUR BANNED FROM IT!" And ITS SO GAY. AND IM FURIOUS. SOMEONE HELP ME!
Wow thats terrible!! Tell your mom how you feel.. thats really not right its your personall stuff.. if it keeps happing dont swear or dont use aim... really tell her how you feel... sorry i dont know what to really say...

my dad i really care for him but he dosnt no my b-day or anything about me he left when i was i was three have not seen in a year or two i relly care for and i still love even tho he has a alcolo probmelm and drugs and many more my mom has a oder of precettion and i can only see him when someone else is there what should i do i relly miss him and i dont no if him loves me please help me

When i read this it was really upsetting... i really know sorta what you are going through(my friend) i am so sorry i will never be able to feel ur pain. But i will try to help. I am sure he loves you because after all you are his daughter. He may not show it but he must love you. it really must be soo hard for you but if he has problems maybe he will get help and come back. at least you get tot still see him. i really dont know what to say i wish u the BEST of luck i am sorry this isnt great advice! hope i helpeddd

i go to a school where sports mean alot..i have tried a bunch of differnet sports..but none of them work for me..i am tring to stay in shape..but i havent as much since i quit my last sport..i really want to try out for a sport this year..any ideas of which one i should pick..i'm not to good at sports ..but i'm detirmned to do this!
Thats awesome!! i love sports too! I am a gymnast and i run track i used to play soccer and basketball its fun! It really dosent matter if your good or not just as long as you have fun doing the sport. Some ideas are... Hey, I really like this guy but I don't really know him. He's going to be a senior and I'm going to be a sophmore, and yeah. This is gunna sound stupid but he is on my brother's baseball team and he always looks at me like.. in a good way soo i dont know how to take it or anything.. so yea..

I have wavey shoulder length hair and for awhile now I've been using hair gel to keep my waves tight and frizz free. It's worked well for awhile but my hair is untouchable and crunchy. Does anyone have any other suggestions on types of products to use for my hair? I would like to maintain my tight waves and frizz free hair as best as possible. Thanks to all who answer.

Okay, so a year and half ago or so, my stupid friend and I prank called this guy. And I know him for teasing people about things that happened loooong amounts of time ago. I don't care if he does it, but I'm going to see him at this party this weekend and that would be the first time I'm seeing him in like a year. I know he's gonna make a big deal out of it or at least mention it. Any comebacks or anything I could say to embarrass him and make him shut up? Sorry, dumb question.
I think you should ignore him it will be hard but if you say anything back it will make matters worse dont mention anything if he starts say that was then this is now forget about it. dont make matters worse

what do i do, my girlfriend is geting hi on by her ex, but im not the violent type, or the type o confront, so how do i handle it? it really messes with me, cse it seems like she isnt making it clear to him that her and i are together and there is no chance for him... i dont know. but i really love her and this kind of stuff it aggrovating to try and handle...

14/f Ok so i have nothing to do this summer and I've been riding my bike to K-mart and stealing. I know its wrong, but its k-mart. I got some thongs---my mom don't let me wear them so i pissed her off and some hair dye which pissed her off even more. But i want something better to do with my summer besides a life of crime. Any suggestions?

ok thats really hard for you.. i dont think she understands i am sure she really cares about you but she dosent understand what she is supposed to do. maybe she feels confused and she dosent want to talk about it so she lets it out. Try to set her down and talk to her calmly just say something like "listen i really feel uncomferable when you talk to other boys like when you flirt maybe you dont notice but i do" and she shud understand...

okay well i have these 2 friends and they're both my best friends..well me and one of them (christina) live across the street so we're the closest in our friendship or 3 but my friend just moved across the street from us (karlie)..and well now when all 3 or us hang out i feel like i'm the 3rd wheel..and i feel like i'm losing my best friend (christina) i mean i love karlie right to death but i just feel so left out when all 3 of us are together..like christina will leave the room and karlie will have to follow her every move..idk what to do and i'm just afraid that our friendship is going to fall apart over something stupid..what can i do to make things better please help!
Like you said they both are your best friends and if you feel like you are the third wheel telling them how you feel is always the answer. They are your best friends and they will understand and they probablly dont even relize how they are making you feel. Just dont think about your friendship falling apart just do anything and everything to have fun and stay close friends like usual. You guys will remain friends so you really should talk to them. ♥ `
I just got a new dog and it is about 2 and i wanted to train it cuz its kinda hard with its jumping and stuff to be on my family all the time can anybody give me some free dog training tips sites plz and thanx
I have 5 pets! 3 dogs and 2 cats.. to train my dogs when they were puppies first we got a invisavle fence its when they wear this ceritain kind of collar and it has a buzzer and if they go out of bounce they get a small shock. i know it sounds bad but then after you take it off and they still think they have it on so they go outside for there "stuff" LOL... another way is to find ur dogs favorite treat when i say treat i mean doggie cookie there yummies!! let them out watch them the first couple of times and then yell (ur dogs name) and say come for a treat!! one of my dogs daisy for her i would say Daisy come for a treat... then she would come! :) good luckk!!

okay, i have a group of 4 friends that have a blast when we're all together. its me and another girl and 3 guys. Well i found out that 2 of the guys liked me.. and the thing is i like both of them too.. but i like one more.. but dont wanna hurt the other one. and so i tell them that i just want to be friends with all of them. and then i get a texted from the one i like more asking if i'd ever want to hold his hand, i told him i'd let him kno when the time comes. but ugh.. its so fustrating.. hope you can help!
It's not your fault you like one guy more than the other. You shouldn't feel bad about going out with the boy you like more. Because if you feel guilty about going out with one guy while another guy likes you, then you'll feel guilty about dating people your whole life. If you like the other guy more, then that guy just has to deal with it and move on. Tell him you still want to be friends, but it's not gonna work out in a relationship. You can't help how you feel and you shouldn't put how you feel on hold.
I've been really good friends with this guy for like ever and he asked me out. I don't want to go out with him but i don't want him to hate me. What should i do?
Thats really hard... if he asked you out you must have been like wow! its really okay if you deont want to go out with him. just explain you only want to be friends and you hope he will understand he should understand and then you can jsut be friends.
