Q: is it possible for your hair to be dead straight and when you start your period for it to become curly cuz your maturing more and stuff?
Your hair can change as you get older, but it has nothing to do with your periods. My hair, for example, used to be dead straight and shiny, but has gradually become drier and naturally curly as I've got older.
Look at your older relatives and see which kind of hair is most common - it's possible that if you have lots of relatives with curly hair, yours will gradually become curly too. It's not a definite, though. Some people's hair stays the same, some people's changes. It's the same for colour too - people's hair often becomes darker or lighter as they grow older.

Q: A girl that is 5'4-5'5 too tall to wear heels? In middle school I was taller than most guys and I think ever since then I think of myself as "too tall" to wear heels. Im going away to college and I wanna dress a little bit more girly and I think wearing heels will be a big step up!.. Thanks!!

Not at all. 5'4/5'5's average height. Besides, even if you were tall, I don't think that's a reason not to wear heels - you should wear what you like and not be ashamed of your height!

I've looked around and it seems that the average price for getting your nose pierced in America can be anything from $30 to $50, although is more likely to be nearer the lower end of this price range.
I live in England so I tried to find places to get your nose pierced in Kentucky but I couldn't find any specific ones.
Where I live there is a little shop in town that does piercings in one part of it, I think the best thing to do would be to go to the nearest town/city and look around everywhere. You're sure to find somewhere that does nose piercings, though if you have time it might be better to find a place before the day you get your nose pierced. If you can't, then just do it on the day - get up early so you have a lot of time. Also, make sure you go to a fairly big town/city, not a small one.

Q: 14/f
I do NOT have a clothing style. and sometimes this bothers me because when i go shopping, i feel like i dont really know what i want. i have a whole range of styles in my closet from scenish to preppy hiphoppy to sporty, but i dont want a style that can be so easily fit into a stereotype like that. so how do i choose?

I know what you mean, I used to feel like I didn't know what I wanted, but now I do.
The best thing to do is think of about seven people (either people you know in real life or celebrities) whose style you really like and admire. Think of reasons to describe each of those people's style, and pick the three words that come up most.
Think of these words as ways to describe the style you'd like to have, and then look through magazines and on the internet and cut out clothes and accessories you like that fit those three words.
Stick them in a book and you'll probably soon start to see a pattern in the clothes you like.
Then, go shopping (take the book with you) and pick out clothes you like that fit those three words.
Hope I helped, xxx

Liquid eyeliner is great because it stays put and hardly ever smudges.

Q: I am not very good at putting makeup on. Also, i am almost all irish...so i dont tan very well so i'm kind of pale. What is a good way to (and a good kind) of makeup to use to make mayself look tanner AND OLDER i look kind of younger than i acutally am.

I'm quite pale too. Recently i went to the Body Shop looking for bronzer but the staff said that it would look too fake and ark on me.
Then they showed me this blusher/bronzer called Shimmer Waves 03. Its really great, its peachy gold shades will will not look harsh on your skin (bronze would). It makes you look slightly tanner as well as adding a touch of shimmer. Its good if you put it on your cheekbones because it really highlights and enhances them. Its fourteen pounds so quite expensive, but worth it. Oh, and it makes you look much more radiant and glowing.

Q: i REALLY want to shop at a&f and hollister and stores like that. it's not because everyone else does, it's because personally i like there clothes. my parents make me shop at wal mart and it's messing up my social life. i hate wal mart's clothes and shit and my friends ask me why i don't wear the good brands. and it's not like my family can't afford good clothes, because my dad's a multi millionaire. they just don't understand WHY i want to spend so much on clothes. i've made up my mind and don't tell me it doesn't matter what i wear because i'll give you a 1. i need to prove to my parents that shopping at the expensive stores is worth it. and i can't make any money on my own because if i do, my parents say I CANT spend it on a&f and hollister clothes. it's messing up my social life. i wont have friends ever again because i cant wear nice clothes. im done with wal mart so what can i say to my parents so they'll let me shop where i want ?!? i'm old enough to choose where i want to purchase my clothes, especially when my dad was over 1 million dollars.
anything good will get you a 5
i promise

If I were you i wouldn't listen to dangerwrench, mayonnaise and kakeline. I understand where they are coming from, but they havn't really answered your question.
What clothes you wear shouldn't ruin your social life, so when you go out in your walmart clothes just telll yourself you look great and get on with it.
I'm not exactly sure why your parents arent letting you get these clothes. If its because they think its too much money then tell them you'd just like to get some of your clothes from abercrombie and hollister, and that you'll still get some stuff from walmart. You can mix and match your a+f and hollister clothes with walmart clothes. Hopefully, after a while your parents will realise how much better the hollister clothes suit you, and will stop making you get walmart clothes.
Whatever you do, DONT say the whole 'its ruining my social life' thing. They will just say your being a drama queen and will go on about the type of stuff that dangerwrench said.
So, make a compromise, say you'll get clothes from BOTH stores (that means walmart and other stores) and it should work out.
Hope i heped,

Probably ash blonde, thats quite light but not at al yellowy, but the best thing to do would be to look through magazines and show your hairdresser a piccie of a certain celeb whos colour you like.

Q: i have medium brownish/reddish/golden colored hair with brown eyes and slightly tan skin. i have trouble finding the right clothing...everything looks boring on me! what are some good ideas for fashion styles/colors that would look awesome on me??

Well, if you think that everything looks boring on you then go for bright colours, green is very fashionable right now, and you could also go for turquoise and yellow.
White will look good too, and i often find that navy suits people with your colour hair (i have a friend like it, with sort of blondey/brown/red hair), you could go for for a navy and white striped top as this is totally fashionable and would really suit you.

Q: I really need some help with my make-up application because I SUCK at it!!!
I have brown hair, brown eyes and a fairly pale, uneven complexion. I don't get many spots but have loads of blackheads, which has made my skin look a little blotchy. I have very long eyelashes and quite like my mouth because I have full lips but I don't know how to make the best of what I have.
I need to know what sort of colour eyeshadows and lipsticks I should wear, how to apply them and so on. Also, if anyone has tips on eyeliners and foundations, that would also be helpful because the foundation I picked out is too dark!!
You have brown hair, brown eyes and pale skin so you're probably a cool medium (you can be different types).
I think you should make the most of your lips and lashes by applying volumising mascara and sparkly gloss.
You would also suit silver, blue and taupe (browney-cream) for eyeshadow as it will bring out your eyes.
Go for dusky pink blusher and bubblegum pink glosses.
You would look great with dark brown eyeliner!
Whatever you do, never wear lime eyeshadow orangey blusher cos they really wont suit you.
To find the perfect foundation, try this:
1. make sure you buy the right type for your skin - if you have if you have dry/uneven skin then go for creams. If you have normal skin then go for liquid, powder or tinted moisturiser. If you have sensitive skin then go for gels. If you have oily skin then choose matte. If you have combination skin then pick powder.
2.go to the shops and have a testing sesh, make sure you're not currnetly wearing any foundation.
3. pick three shades close to your skintone then apply them on your jaw.
4. stand near a window and look into a hand mirror, the colour which you can see the least is the one you should buy.
5. remember that your skin looks darker in the summer, so you should also buy on a shade darker.
Hope i helped,

Q: I would like teenagers to answer this one,
My daughter is 13. But the clothes she wears are not...happy. She always is sarcastic. She listens to strange, loud music. Is this the fashion these days? Should I let her be?

I'm 13, and most of my friends are. We're all sarcastic with our parents, not all the time, but alot of the time, and we listen to loud music in our rooms. Its just normal teenage behaviour. As for her 'not happy' dress sense, its probably just what she likes. She ust like blakor whatever it is thats making her dress sense 'unhappy'. I wouldn't worry, it sounds totally normal to me, so just let her be herself, oh and if you ever watch other teens in the street, or with their parents, i'm sure you'll see the similarity!

Go for a mid/dark brown with rich chestnut/hazelnut tones to it. It wont look to harsh on your skin and will really suit your green eyes.

Q: I have super thick, chesnut colored brown hair. I love when it's straight, it looks great, hah, but it's very time consuming. For the most part (during the school week) I'll wake up and just scrunch it, because there's no time to straighten it. (Occasionally I'll straighten it at night) But, the problem is, when I scrunch my hair in the morning I like how it looks. During the day, my hair starts to dry, and whenever it's fully dry the scrunch effect isn't the same, I mean my hair looks gross. I end up putting it up everyday after it's dry. Is there any way I can maybe keep my hair a little wet the whole day, or someway it can look like it is? Thank you.

Simple, just keep a water spray in your bag! Its hard to find these in shops, so its best to fill up an empty spray bottle with water, take it to school and, whenever you have time quickly spray it.

To protect your hair from the straighteners, you should spray on heat protective spray before you straighten, and use a moisturising shampoo and deep conditioner every week. Hope this helps!

Q: what are the bra sizes starting at an AAA and ending at a DD with number (34A, 36A etc.)

The numbers represent your back size, so the smaller the numbers, the smaller your back. The letters represent your cup (boob) size. An AA is the smallest.

Q: hey evryone
Do you know those color decoders for clothing- like you wear this color is you feel.... ? can anyone give me some (if you know what im talking about) thanks in advance and ill rate 5s for answers- thanks!
Here is a good colour decoder:
Blue: calm, peaceful
Green: natural, relaxed
Yellow: happy, fun
Orange: daring, crazy
Red: confident, romantic
Pink: girly, cheerful
Purple: spiritual, clever
Black: independent, grown-up
White: laid-back, cool
Even if you are not feeling these things, wearing that colour can make you feel like it, for example, if you feel a bit self-conscious, put on a red top and you will bgin to feel more confident.

Q: I'm 13 and I'd like to know, how much makeup is too much? On a usual day, I wear eyeliner on the bottom lid, and an opaque, frosty lilac lip gloss. Is this ok? I don't want to look like a clown

You're definitely fine, you would even look ok if you wore a bit more! But try not to wear too many bright colours, and remember - eyes or lips. If your wearing quite a bit/bright eye make-up then have very natural lips, and vice versa.
