advice
is it hard to dance in heels? like at a club? im pretty short; 4'11" f/14. and alot of the guys when i dance with them, well mostly there friends will put there hand on top of my head to show how short i am. so im thinking about buying heels. so are they hard to dance in? thankss for reading :)
Well, like stilettos and stuff are but a solid heel isn't at all.
I dance in like 3 inch heels for choir all the time and I'm fine, so you should be too.
15/f im having a valentines day party where everyone has to bring a date. i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for games/activities/food.. or anything else.
Well, I think that speed dating is the best thing of all time, but if all of you guys already know each other, then that doesn't work.
You should have each person bring someone that no one else knows, this way you could do speed dating, and everyone get's to meet new people!!

for my new years resolution, i want to be a vegitarian (not eating meat/fish, ill still do dairy/eggs).

You have vegetarian and vegan confused, I think.
A vegan does not eat any animal products, and a vegetarian just does not eat meat. All vegetarians eat dairy and eggs (I can't vouch for all of us, but we're supposed to).
Regardless, you need to make sure you are getting enough protein.
Have you ever tried trilling or rolling your tongue when you are doing the rr in Spanish?
A lot of people are able too, but not I.

It's really not something you can learn to do because it's in your DNA that you can't do it.
I did Spanish and didn't use it. I used a mixed L/R sound. Like perro (dog) would be pelro. It sounds the same.
17/f I already know what im going to do when i graduate. Im going to school in aruba where one of the main languages is dutch. i have dutch relatives also, so i really need to learn the language. would you recommend buying a book&tape to learn dutch? there are no classes around here or at my current highschool so thats kind of what i have to do. do the tapes really work? thanks
Yes, I would recommend buying a ook and tape.
Just so you know, some people learn visually (by seeing), some learn by hearing, and some learn kinesthetically (by touching). If you learn kinesthetically, books and tapes won't help you, but listning to them and writing everything out or reading and copying things will help you a lot.
It will take about 9 months to master all of the vocabulary and grammar, if not longer.
Spanish has a lot of cognates, and it is a 9-month course at my school. We learan to read, speak, and write basic Spanish in those 9 months. Dutch is a lot harder.

Ok some im not a tottal reject who doesnt know how to hold there breath. It just seems to hurt my nose when I go under. Is there something I could be doing wrong?? Im not breathing in my nose cause im not that retarted. Can you give me some pointers on what to do. I used to wear those goggles with the nose cover but im afraid this year I'll get made fun of. Can you give me some pointers on what to do. Could it just be im so used to plugging my nose with the goggles? Should I just try start the summer off without them and see how that works?? I need advice on how I can start a petition. I need to know how I officially and legally start it and who do I present it to. How do I organize it? As you can see from my title, the purpose of the petition would be to have some sort of ruling against out-ruling the pledge of allegiance in schools or changing it.
Anyways, do you think because of 'under God' that after over 200 years, the pledge should be changed or withdrawn from any school. Why or why not? Thanks in advance.
If you REALLY want to say it, say it on your own time. It sucks for people who aren't born in America, but are citizens of America when they just have to stand. It sucks for people who don't believe in God.
