Well there is always glow in the dark spray paint. You can just spray it on to your pencils.
Im sure you could find spray paint in any party store or halloween type store. Maybe even a crafty store would supply it.
Also you should try
Search glow in the dark pencils. They also have pens and many many more!

hey!
well first off,socialchick14 is wrong. A multimedia message DOES include sending pictures. so answering your first question, yes, you can send pictures in txt messages using the iphone.
The only way i know of(getting free ringtones) is doing one of those stupid ones, that are like pop-ups(on the computer)haha, but i have never tried them, so i dont know for sure if they work... so i wouldnt count on it..=]
But if your concerned anout using your own money, i know cingular or at&t sells ringtone cards.(which are pretty much just like gift cards, except you use them for buying ringtones).. so you could ask for those on your birthday, or special occasion/holiday.
and finally use to help with your 3rd question.

Adding on to Laura, if your camera doesnt have a rechargable battery, and you dont want to deal with buying and throwing away the AA's, there are those new reghargable AA batteries by energizer.
They work soo much better than normal AA's, and all you have to do is simply put the AA into the charger, and let it charge over night, and you done! simple, and you dont have to go throught the process of buying the 100 pack of AA's only to have to buy another a week later!

Well when i go to the beach, i usually pack a towl.. its good to use in situations when your wet, and need to be dry..haha! Sometimes, id bring a beach-mat.. great to use for tanning, so you wont have to lay on your towl, or the sand.. Also i sometimes use this time to catch up on some reading, so pack a book or a magazine.. Extra sunblock is a must, sunglasses, chapstick, a hat and some cover-up clothes. Remember not to bring anything that you wouldnt mind getting lost or stolen.. and you dont need to pack your bag like your abbout to go backpacking across europe, so pack light!

hey there!!
well i wouldnt be too picky about your signature just yet! i know mine has changed a lot since i was 14!! I use to hate my writing, while some of my friends were brilliant! So for about 2 months, i really slowed down when writing things. I made sure that all my words/letters looked great. It takes about 2 weeks to break a habbit of something,(like writting sloppy) so i went a little longer..:) but then i went back to writing the same as i use to, but the nice handwriting comes out a lot, same goes for your signature! Something i use to do, was pretend that i was a celeb, and make autograph after autograph, i know that helped me with my signature!!
And lastly, dont try to copy any of your friends signatures, make it your own, and make it reflect you!

For my sweet 16 party i kinda went over the top lol, so i may not give the best advice, so excuse it if i go a little over.. sorry... Well one option is a pool party?? Both guys and girls love the water, since it is after all, summer..I dont think that a pool party will be very expensive, just order pizza, and blast the stereo...
another idea is a movie.. might be kinda pricy for all the tickets tho.. something else is a scavenger hunt.. classic.. my bff had one and it was a blast. The guys will enjoy it too although they will try and cheat! =]play for a prize, like an i-tunes gift card, mall gift card, candy, C.D. or whatever else you can think of!! sorry i wasnt much of a help..

Well im sure your eyes are beautiful so what ever you do they will look great! sorry i cant give you much avice on this.. but there might be some of those contacts that can make your eyes look like their sparkling.. but i dont think thats really what you want..:(
You could always try fluttering your eyes a lot... it all kinda depends on why and for whom you want your eyes to look inviting! sometimes just staring into someone elses eyes with a kind look can work.
