Well, you could get glow in the dark paint and paint the pencil or you can go to the store and buy glow in the dark pencils, because I know places like Wal-Mart and Target carry them.

Well there is always glow in the dark spray paint. You can just spray it on to your pencils.
Im sure you could find spray paint in any party store or halloween type store. Maybe even a crafty store would supply it.
Also you should try
Search glow in the dark pencils. They also have pens and many many more!
