That would count as loosing only body fluids, not anything else.
...Maybe on an extended definition, crying=sadness and depression, which leads to loss of apetite. But we all know that that isn't healthy if you are not eating much, right?

Ok, heres my question. Around October, I found the blog of an Australian girl on the Internet. She'd kept the blog for about a year before I read it. I started noting it and we added each other on MSN. Now we're pretty good email friends, strange as it sounds, I always seem to have tons to talk about to her. We never set out to email, it just started out kind of accidentally.
Anyway, she recently found out that a friend of her fathers is opening a chain of coffee shops and has offered to send her over here (England) to work there. She's always wanted to travel and is really thrilled by this. Anyway, she's going to be in a town about 2 hrs on the train from where I live and obviously she suggested meeting up. Well I have absolutely no reason to doubt she's genuine (ie. not a dangerous rapist) except for the fact she's an Internet friend. I've swapped photos with her and read her friends blog, and I'm planning to speak to her on the phone before we meet up, and it'll definately be somewhere crowded in the middle of town. I'm not telling my parents about her, although I'll tell my friends. My question just is - are there any other precautions I should take to be 100% safe? I'd really really appreciate a detailed answer,

Take a whole gang of friends with you, adults would be better. Just make sure you are not alone, and the more people you bring with you the safer you'll be.

ok so im getting braces this thursday but before that i need to make a decision whether to get the clear or colored ones. the clear ones are NOT invisilign just to let you know the clear ones are basically the same as the colored ecept they match the color of you teeth. now the thing is with the clear ones if you eat something like chocolate, your braces would turn brown which i dont really want to happen but they say it doesnt happen if you brush your teeth a lot (which i do) but like in school if i have like a chocalate bar or something i cant brush my teeth in school and the other thing is pratically all my friends have the colored ones and i really havent seen many people with the clear ones.
can someone help me figure out what to decide?

I don't know much about the clear ones but it sounds like you shouldn't take a chance with them if they could turn color. Don't be afraid of the colored ones because as you said, everyone has them already.

Always get dark/metallic blue. It goes well with jeans, etc.- just a universal color. You can try different colors to see what you like/don't like, but darker blues are the best. Green looks like you have food in your teeth, white/clear/glow in the dark just change color and make you look stupid (haha)...You can try dark metallic green or something.. Hmmm... Many other colors don't look good, so just go with the dark-medium blues.

As dumb as this may sound, I didn't actually realize how horrible it is, when you eat chicken & hamburgers. I didn't actually understand the concept that for me to eat a hamburger, is for an innocent cow to just die. My friend sent me an e-mail with a video about fur trade in China, and how dogs & cats are skinned and killed everyday just for fur. But, it got me to thinking how horrible that actually is. I really have been thinking about it today, and I think just eating hamburgers & chicken is disgusting especially knowing that an animal died for that. I'm really considering turning into a vegetarian. Do you believe that this is a good enough reason to want to turn vegetarian? Thanks so much. ♥ (link)

It really is your choice.
I am an animal lover too, I know how bad it is to be thinking about the animals that serve as food...
The way I think of it is that man, in general, was meant to eat meat as well as plants. Even though it is cruel to kill an animal, it's natural in many ways. In nature, there is a food chain and animals pray on eachother to keep the ecosystem in balance. That's just the way it is. So I don't think that-even if we love animals-we should be guilty about eating other animals.

I just got powerchains put on the front of my braces..and they are a really bright color. Is there anyway that I could make the color fade.. maybe by brushing my teeth a lot or drinking a lot of water or something? Because I wont be able to get the color changed for another 2 months. Thanks (link)

That material doesn't fade.. so just leave it be. You can go back to your ortho and get a better color (mine lets me do that if I want). It's hard enough having braces and looking nice with them, so could they give you a break and at least let you pick the colors? Or go back to the office to change them?
It will be ok, jus go set up another apointment if you can to change them.

I just got my braces off last week..and I received my retainer (It's the metal/wire kind)..besides gagging, is the wire suppose to be poking you in between your teeth? Is it suppose to hurt? Help! (link)

If it is poking then you should go back to the ortho office and make them fix it. But expect it to be sore for a while (just like braces).

Ok well i get 200 bucks from my parents, they give me money but never that much! well anyways i was thinking about buying an ipod cause i really want one, but then again i want clothes and other stuff like that. one of my friends say take the shopping spree cause by the time i get the ipod in march ipods are gonna be old and there will be something new everyone wants. my other friend says get the ipod cause you can just use allownce and stuff to get clothes. im so confused, i dont know what to do with the money!!!!
o ya if it helps any if i spent the money on clothes it would mostly be at hollister and stores like that. (link)

Umm... it's up to you. But if you aren't desperate for an iPod, don't buy one. I agree with your friend, there will probably be a cooler iPod coming up.

Ya, it really depends on you. If you are hesitant on spending so much money, there are other MP3's available. I heard that nanos scratch easily and you could probably loose it in a snap (if you are the type that looses a lot of stuff)... Maybe you should even look into getting the bigger iPod because for like $50 more, you have a color screen and all that (haha).
And if $$$ is the issue and all you want to do is have a take-with-me song player, I'm pretty sure that there are other less expensive devices out there so you can do a little research. Apple will probably just come up with something cooler later on anyway (they always do).
It might be worth it-it's different with anyone. But I'm pretty sure that Apple has a return policy so keep your receipt just in case. ;)

Ok, so my boyfriend wants to go to a hookah bar tomrrow night with him and all his friends..they all go sometimes and i never realy had any interest. If i don't go, he'd stay home because he doesnt wanna go with out me..but i feel bad saying no because i know he wants to go really bad. And the past few times i have said i don't wanna go and he's stayed with me I've told him to go without me though if i ever didn't want to. should i just go and make him happy? (link)

Don't let him pressure you. If you are even slightly unsure with it then you shouldn't go. I suggest to talk it out with him. A relationship is partly based on making eachother happy but you should not do anything you are unsure/uncomfortable with to make your boyfriend happy.

Maybe a card would do if you can find nothing else to give him. But if you would like to get something, be creative. Maybe even a nice date would be enough.
