im 17/f. so i've been in a relationship for a year and i just got out of it like a few weeks ago...i went to a college party last night and i started hooking up with this really hott guy but i felt so dirty and slutty so i stopped and told him that i couldn't do this. when i was with my boyfriend i was like a sex maniac haha but i never felt slutty at all because we had that really strong connection you know? i thought being single and meeting guys and hooking up is suppose to be fun? i don't understand. i'm young and i'm suppose to like this....i guess all i want is someone who cares...idk what should i do...

its okay to feel that way. sometimes hooking up isnt the best idea. Some people can do it with no problem and some cant. Your the type of person it seems that needs to know they are cared about in order to move further. Sometimes it takes love and condiseration to bring that side out in someone

I have this one friend, he comes off as a player, I guess you can say. He hits on pretty much any girl that comes his way.
But him and me have been good friends for a while. And I think I like him. Yeah. Not a good choice.
But I'm not sure if he likes me back.
He calls me pretty much everyday.
He wants to hang out whenever we can.
He calls me 'sexy'
But when he says 'I love you' I think he just means it, as if we're just friends.
"I'm just kidding, I love you" would be something he would say.
Any advice on what I should do next? Or where I stand?

hmm sounds like me and you have a few simularites in the friend department. Ive got a friend the exact same way. If he's single then its only normal for him to hit on girls, hes free and probably looking. If you calls you sexy and pretty he is obviously attracted to you. If your worried about him being a player think back to when he had a girlfriend last, was he loyal? you see my friend will hit on a whole bunch of girls but when he gets a girl is completely devoted to her. Tell him you like him and see what happens. I know it doesnt seem like a good choice. believe me i know considering i like my friend too. Its gets annoying that he hits on girls all the time but hes loyal like i said. Just think back to that and watch him a little more closly there will be hints if he is a player. If you feel confident you can trust him then go for it :)

okay first if it was a long distance relatinship you cant really rely on it as stable. i dont mean to put down on your age but as young as you are you need to find someone around you. hormones are crazy and it will be hard to trust anyone from a distance. Long distance is damn near impossible to begin with, you have to be able to handle it.If hes far away dont worry about him beating up your cousin. If he is close enough to fight him then there isnt really anything you can do but try and talk him out of it. As for him telling you everything he does,its just a immature boys way of seeing if you still care and if he know that then hes trying to make you jealous

if you dont want to give it back,stick it in a small box and put it in the back of your closet or a drawer you rarely go in. thats what i did. honestly if you fell you should give it back then do it. just explain to him why. he'll understand. But if you choose to keep it do what i said and when you know for sure you over him you can take it out and just keep it for a good memories sake.

There is this boy Elvis, to me he is amazing..we have the perfect story.
I have known him scence 6th grade,then i liked this other boy Garin,Elvis was an ass to me omfg he was soo mean.Then in 7th grade he wasnt that bad but still a jerk. So half the year in i had to move-_-, i hated it then when i went to the other school i meet a new boy,Lany he is my good friend now.. then i moved back,in the 8th grade but i still didnt see elvis Becuase i went to the other middle school. sounds like to me this guy doesn't know what a relationship is and he isn't ready to actually have a REAL one. you may like him alot and it sucks to like someone like that. the only thing i can tell you to do is to try and put all the good things about him out of your head and focus on the bad. that way when you see him you can't think of all those wonderful things you have in common....but all those horrible things that you dont like about him...i know it sounds immature but i works

It is just a stage that all of us teenagers go through. Hormones are changing and our minds are beginning to ask questions about certain things sexually and of course about the oposite sex. both guys an girls are effected. guys may not seem as much as girls but they do they just don't broadcast it as much.

my freshman year i cam across this boy named tommy and i liked ever since junior year we started talking and in the summer he asked me to be his girlfriend so we went out i liked him alot he was my real first boyfriend and i was crazy fro him see i like my rocker guys with long hair and piercings ans he has that :) we even went to family values together and had a good time....school started and it was fine we didnt see each other at all only in themorning when i would get off the buss but only for 5 minutes and then i would just talk to him on the phone or myspace...so on the third day of school he broke up with me on myspace and i was devistated!!!! i couldnt belive it i mean the day before it was all fine!!! so then we broke up and i was sad i dated guys after him but for a very short time i cant get my mind off of him.....so im dating my current boyfriend nick and i liked him but now im loosing my feelings for him but he knows my tommy they live next to each other...and when ever me and nick are together and i see tommy i get pissed and puch nick away i still love tommy and by the way tommy has a girlfriend and apparently he is in love with her one time on myspace he wrote a song and he sent it to me to see if it sounded good and if not if i could fix it up and i did and it hurt he doesnt know i am still in love with him so when ever i see him i get this stmach ache and i just wsh i was with him......what should i do? i want him really bad!!! okay if you like him as much as you say you do the only way you will be satisfied is if you get some courage and tell him how you still feel. it will be hard but the best thing to do is get it over with just go up to him or write him and say what ever you want to say. try to keep your mind off of it until he replys if you din't try to keep your mind off of it it will drive you crazy

ooo honey, when i read this i was so surprised because i have been in the EXACT same situation and when i say exact i mean EXACT. with my guy he was in to drugs and he didn't get any better. i wanted to get over him for sooo long i wasted 2 years of my life on him. we talked but not very often. drugs took hold of him and not he is a horrible person....real skinny and looks horrible. what i can tell you is that if you do like this other guy oswald then try to focus more time on him. when you seem him say hey and try your best to block this bob out of your mind. whenever you see him think about the bad and not your memories because that is what kept me holding on for so long. he won't get any better even if he says he will he won't just remind yourself of what he will become and how if you get involved how you could change to....if you get to involved withthe wrong people you will try things to be more like them and don't fall into that trap. focuss more of your thoughts on oswald and when you think of bob just push him out of your mind and think of oswald. talk to him and try to find out more about him and just ride the waves after that.

okay before you ask her out you really need to spend some personal time together that way you can get to know each other better on a more personal level. when you are in a big group sometimes you can't say things like you can when your alone. just go up to her and say "so i was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime" and then she says yeah ask her whatever date you want to hang out and if thats okay with her. hang out with her a few more times andthen ask her out. most of the time you can say do you want to go out with me. its theeasiet way and i imagine it isn't as nerve racking to say. don't worry about it just go with the flow and see where things take you.
