I've been dating one of my really good guy friends for a few weeks and we have a really tyte realtionship. So he told my friend that hes buying me like $20 worth of stuff for Christmas. My mom thinks we should've waited a little longer to start going out.. so she doesn't know we are. So therefore, I couldn't get him anything more than a "just friends gift". Which is some cookies and a little novelty thing (a whiteboard that hangs from your doorknob?!--mom bought it).
I feel really bad because I really really really really like him and I feel bad that he's spending so much on me and I'm being Miss Cheap-o.
Should I get him something after break (when my mom knows that were going out) as a "Make-Up Christmas"?

Okay, i really, really like this guy at school. i've liked him since last year and i've tried not to like him though, because there's a possibility he might not come back to my school next year. But, to my dismay, i'm still totally in love with him. See, last year he was in practically all of my classes, and this year, he's not in one on my classes. And the other day, he passed me in the hall and said my name in a drawn out voice, like, "Caaaaarrrie." and he smiled. and I was stupid and said "hello". I mean, what type of person says hello the way i did anymore. i felt like i made a fool of myself. Anyway, last year i think he liked me, he and i were the only two people waiting on someone to pick us up one day after school because we both were in the same club, and it was awkward.
