i dont have flat abs.. so if i were to just go on a diet and not eat as many fatty foods and not do crunches would that help? because whenever i do crunches it never shows improvement.. even for like a month

Crunches do help. They just take lots of time and effort.

So if you are doing a little bit a day then ofcourse you aren't going to see results.

Eating right will help your body to improve but I don't think that alone will do it. You need a combination of eating healthy and exercising.

Ok, hi every one, i am ok with how i look its just summer is coming up really soon, and i wanna know what i can do to flatten my abs and tighten my thighs, its kinda urgent because i wanna get started soon, any input? thankss. xoxo

Excercise and eat right.

Do squats, sit ups, crunches, jog, etc.
But don't overwhelm yourself with exercise.

For your diet you don't have to do anything to dramatic. You could cut out the sodas and sweets for a while. Or maybe just eat more vegetables and fruits.
