Q: I was thinking about using hydroxycut , my boyfriend who is 17 & never used it told me that it makes you not hungry. & then i told him that it's basically like starving yourself then, and he said no, and then he said something else. I'm only 15 & i'm 5'0, 130 pounds. The problems i have on my body is my stomach , sides, waist, and thighs. I would like to lose weight in those areas before august 13 ... so my questions are...

does it work?
& if so will i get good results by august 13th?
Is it basically like starving yourself?
Can i walk by sweets and not crave them?
& if i get it what food should i eat?

it makes your heart rate go way up, in a bad way. i asked my mom about it cause i think im fat and she was like no way and she told me all these bad stuff about that thing, and shes a doctor, it can make you die. you do not want to try this, please listen to me and dont dare to try it. =\ its not worth it. go on a healthy diet. if you run for 30 mins every day and eat fruits and veggies you may loose about 7 ilbs =]

Q: If you want to look good for like, a pool party or something, will this work...?

The day before, eating really healthy like all fruits and vegetables and whole wheats maybe, and excercising a lot, and then the day of the party not eating at all, except for water and then doing like, 200 crunches before you left, would that make you look at least a little bit skinnier? I don't mean like, 10 pounds, just look a little better.

haha probley not. you would have to do that for like 2 weeks before. to just show 4 ilbs.

Q: ok. so i reallly want to look better for school. i dont mean like, 20 pounds in 2 weeks or something, i mean just maybe a few pounds, if not, just tone up. i've been doing this workout the last few nights and i was wondering if it would give me results. (mainly in the thigh/sides)

Q: Ok, I'm 5'1 and 140 lbs!!! I'm a female, I don't look fat with my clothes on, I look like i'm like 120, i have kinda flat tummy, but when I see myself without my shirt on, I look really fat! I'm very dedicated to weight loss, but I don't want to diet and make it obvious, cuz I dun want my mom to know or anything, so do you guys have any methods, I don't want diet pills, I've stopped eatting sweats and soft drinks, I've been running daily (not to mention playing DDR2 :P). do you guys know any fast methods to loosing weight? getting a flat tummy? thanks a lot, I have a busy schedual, so hopfully the methods might not be too long? thanks, i give 5's!!!!!

Q: this question is about weight loss. im 5'4 and weigh about 136 pounds. i really want to lose a little weight so i've been running. does anyone know if running will actually make me bulkier, or if it can make me more slender? i really want to get a body like hilary duff's or jessica simpson. any tips? Q: In about the last month, I have gained 10 pounds unexpectedly. It's the summer, and I guess I have been eating more than I usually do and more junk food than usual. Q: i got the new seventeen, the one with lc from laguna beach on the cover. theres a toned body workout. i want to try it. i know everyone is gonna say that you need cardio too, but the workout has cardio included. it says to do it like, 3 days a week i think. if i did it 3-5 days a week (plus what i usually do almost every day.(ride bikes, dance when i have dance camp, walking around, stuff like that) ). im not fat or anything, i just need to slim down my upper thighs and lower stomach a little bit. so has anyone tried that workout, and if so, how good did it work. thanks
