10 Pounds In about the last month, I have gained 10 pounds unexpectedly. It's the summer, and I guess I have been eating more than I usually do and more junk food than usual. However, college starts at the end of August, and I want to lose 10 pounds by then. What is a healthy way to do this that will effectively make me lose the weight?

One of the best things to do is cut down your portions. Portion control is everything.
So dont completely deprive yourself of what you like , just eat less of it less often.
Eat healthier foods for meals and snacks such as pretzels and fruit. Also try to exercise 30-60 minutes a day maybe about 3-4 a week.
Such as walking , jogging, running, pilates etc.
Good luck!
