Ok, I'm 5'1 and 140 lbs!!! I'm a female, I don't look fat with my clothes on, I look like i'm like 120, i have kinda flat tummy, but when I see myself without my shirt on, I look really fat! I'm very dedicated to weight loss, but I don't want to diet and make it obvious, cuz I dun want my mom to know or anything, so do you guys have any methods, I don't want diet pills, I've stopped eatting sweats and soft drinks, I've been running daily (not to mention playing DDR2 :P). do you guys know any fast methods to loosing weight? getting a flat tummy? thanks a lot, I have a busy schedual, so hopfully the methods might not be too long? thanks, i give 5's!!!!!
Lunch Hot tea with lemon or cream (no pulp) and sugar; Grape juice (8 oz); Ice Cream (1 cup); Strained Cream of Potato Soup; Milk (1%)
Snack Fruit juice (apple, cranberry or grape, 8 oz); Pudding (1 cup)
Dinner Hot tea with lemon or milk and sugar; Apple juice; Strained Cream of Asparagus Soup (8 oz); Sherbet (1 cup); Milk (1%)

The secret is to eat only 150 bites of food a day. Yes, it seems like very little but it works. (Or so i hear.) I don't do the diet thing. Hell, if i'm fat, i'm fat. That's how i think of it. Nobody should care about your weight. Nobody probably does care about you wieght.Not because your not loved or liked, but because most people have other things to worry about. Sherry answered Thursday October 28 2004, 11:39 pm: How about your 3 meals a day, no junk food in between, drink lots of water, no soda and juice..and with that running you could lose a lot of weight! behindxthesexeyes answered Thursday October 28 2004, 11:33 pm: Try a daily work out that you can slowly progress on. Every morning, do 20 crunches, and maybe 10 leg lifts, and slowly increase until you feel a difference. Don't push yourself though, stay at your own pace, start out at 5 if you want to.
