My name is Amanda i am 16 i love being outdoors and going 2 the lake, my favorite place to be is at the lake no matter the weather .. its aswome and it's what i have grown up around all my life. the beach is aswome too.. i LOVe to tann im like a tanning whore, i can ever get enough of it .. haha i love oldies music the beach bys are my FAV... beatles all that kind of stuf i just love it...

are they're any faster ways to gain weight...i eat all the time but i have a fast matabelism (sry i cn't spell lol) but is there anything i can do to help me gain weight?

well you dont have to EAt all the time.. just make sure what you are eating has aot of fat in i that way you cna eat regualir, but have alot of calories and stuff to make ure weigh go up faster without creating a eating disorder or anything!

okay, ive been working out everyday for like 2 weeks now and ive been getting into REALLy good shape. . but i havent really been loosing weight, just getting really tone.. the thing is, i eat ALOT. not like fattening foods, its healthy/okay foods. but i just like overload on it i guess.. and i HATE the idea of "eating in moderations".. its so hard! once u take a bite out of something, you just want to eat more.. any good motivational tips that would help me eat in moderations?? thanks =]

Dont look at your weight like everyday! keep doing what you are doing and its a really good thing!!! When you have th chnace pass up the cnady and other good things... you should do fine!

ive been trying all different kinds of excersizes to get a flatter stomach but most of them dont work that well. does anyone know any ideas to get a flatter stomach in just a few weeks? thanks i will rate high if the tip helps! thanks

Crunches, and like leg lifts work wonders... you just have to stick wih them and do alot of like steps and reps or them .. stay constant and keeo doing them even when it burns and um sure you will immedalty see reults and feel them too

i'm 5'1 and i'm really short compared to my friends, its kinda embaressing since i use to be taller than most of them.. what can i do to grow taller? no pills or w/e

okay, i know everybody says your beautiful no matter what, but i dont feel that way. I feel as though im an ugly duckling. i mean im fat, ugly and i just dont feel like i am beautiful. omg dont evern feel like that, Learn to love yourself, go out and do things to make you feel likea better person have a freind you go to the Gym with Reg, or every week go out to lunch with somebody and have planns , get out and dont have a negative side, try to think postive and just get yourself out of the funk!

Hm thats kind of hard, work out, joiin a team, drink alot of water, even tho its hard cut down on those bad foods, eat subway alot it gives you al your nutrtion alot of times and is low fat! excerize go on runs do tons of crunches and jus push yourself and uwill loose weight in no time!

im a 14/f...i weigh bout 105...yea i knoe its not so much...im trying to gain some weight too...and well this school year i started cheerleading...my arms had gotten a bit big...but i want them bigger!..nd my calvs are still small...i want them bigger!!..and most of all..i want abs!...i want my belly to look like beyoncez in tha new music video soldier...if anyone knows any exercises i kan do at home...to get my self looking good by this spring/summer please give me sum advice!

im trying to get my tummy goo for the summer to0o.. do crunches lots of sets and reps of them and likekeep going and u will see results, work out be acrive, drink lots of water and watch the greasy fod and stuff, it might b hard, butjus wait tillthe summer! it wil tottaly pay off!

See, I'm wanting to lose some weight in the tummy area, but... I've heard that if you work out a lot, your breast size drops. I'm a C cup, and I like it that way. Any tips on things I can do that will drop weight in the stomache and nowhere else?

well crunches tone u good do lots of those and do like some to the side, and miz it up alot .. watch t,v or something whule you are doing them that way times goes by and stuff and its not like you are counting every single one.!

well if you play sports then you loose weight like crazy becuas eu odnt relise you are working ure body out becuase ure so into the game, other then that sit ups always work but u have to have like music going or something or t.v so u;ll keep doing them and not get to like 20 and then b done becuase ure bored of them!.. The best way id sey is to play something becuase its the best workout, or maybe go running with some freinds or sumthing and then u can talk and stuff and ure also loosing weight while ure doing it! Ok hello people i not really fat or anything but i m starting to like get more fat around mi legs and stomach anyone got any ideas on good exercise to get ride of it or any tips?

Well i do alot of sit ups which helps me, and then like try laying on ure back and then putting a like bottle or sumthig bewteen ure feet and lifting it becuase then thats gets ure loser stomach muscles going, for ure legs id sey jus get more exercise! or try leg lifts , laying on onse side and lifting ure leg a certin amount of times then switching to the other, doing ne kind of momvent makes you loose calories so i wouldsey just concinstrait on that area and you should be fine!
