running and crunches. you are probably getting more fat in these areas becasue you are getting older and filling out. but running and crunches should tone you up. you just have to dedicate yourself, so it will work.

*I don't know about your legs, maybe just walk like 30 min a day, or ride a bike or something. For your stomach I have the same problem. Just do at least 40 sit ups a day/night. Then move the number up every couple of days/nights or something. That should tone your stomach, and eat less carbs..Hope I helped =)

Well i do alot of sit ups which helps me, and then like try laying on ure back and then putting a like bottle or sumthig bewteen ure feet and lifting it becuase then thats gets ure loser stomach muscles going, for ure legs id sey jus get more exercise! or try leg lifts , laying on onse side and lifting ure leg a certin amount of times then switching to the other, doing ne kind of momvent makes you loose calories so i wouldsey just concinstrait on that area and you should be fine!

For your legs.. Running.. and doing lunges and squats! For stomach-- the usual-- crunches, situps, running, and stuff like that. Get an excercise magazine from a local store.. they always have good excercises!

You should walk everyday for at least half a mile.
Do sit-ups or crunches everyday too.
