my body are they're any faster ways to gain weight...i eat all the time but i have a fast matabelism (sry i cn't spell lol) but is there anything i can do to help me gain weight?

Yeah I have the same problem. people used to (and sometimes still do) call me "stick woman". lol. What I would suggest you do is not neccasarily eat more, but work out more. I have only been doing this for a while and it is helping. You just have to make sure you stick to it, or it won't work. I would say that you should buy yourself some weights to lift with your arms. This will make your arms stronger and a little bigger. You could also go to the gym, although this can be boring when you are young. Try bringing some friends along instead and working out together. Also try doing push ups, sit ups, etc. These things will all add more muscle, which is better than just adding fat.

well you dont have to EAt all the time.. just make sure what you are eating has aot of fat in i that way you cna eat regualir, but have alot of calories and stuff to make ure weigh go up faster without creating a eating disorder or anything! ]
First of all, how old are you? If you haven't reached your physical maturity, you may just have to stick it out for awhile.
second, are you trying to get "fat" or just shapely? People who burn energy (fast metabolism) don't retain any surplus to store as fat. If you are thin and are looking to improve your overall shape, join a gym or find someplace to work out with weights. DON'T WORK OUT ALONE but work to build muscle mass in strategic areas. For people without a butt, this will fill out your jeans (just as an example).
Third, you may need to increase you carbohydrate intake (eat more bread, potatos, pasta, pretty much anything that the Adkins Diet says in a no-no). Dont give in to simple sugars (chocolate, candy, soft drinks) but try to keep up a healthy diet. Fruit is a good source of carbe as well as vitamins.
Last, if nothing works, try your physician. There are tests that can tell if there is a medical reason that you are not gaining weight.

you cant really do anything...but it will catch up to you so i would exercise ]
Try eating foods with a lot of calories and carbohydrates in them. These two things will make you gain weight and your metabolism will slow down, once you grow and get older. Hope I helped :)

well, you can eat more junk food, but if you try to gain too much weight, than youll be stuck with a heavier body. try to be within the curve of your age and dont try to out do yourslef, ok?

my mom is a docter and she said the only way to gain weight is to keep eating high calory foods and eventually you will gain weight but that all i know of Hope youll gain the weight you want k, bye ]
