I'm not so sure your expectations are healthy.

There's nothing wrong with building muscle - and you should gain weight as you do that. Cheerleading and dancing tend to be very good all around exercises.

I've not seen the music video, but I know that healthy women cannot get a full 6 pack. At 14 your starting to be a woman, and you will need to have a little pouch of fat over your uterus to be healthy. You can develop the stomach muscles to the same strength as a man who gets a 6 pack, and you can have the top half, but the bottom half should always be hidden behind that little pouch of woman fat. If you loose that, you will quite likely be too thin to get your period. In order to get your period, you need to have a certain percentage of body fat.

The type of exercises that build up "bulk" in muscles (make them bigger) are different than the exercises that are good for burning fat. You want to "bulk up", so you should concentrate on weight lifting type exercises. I usually recommend combining weight lifting with cardiovascular exercise, but I believe your cheerleading will provide that. Your school may have a weight room, or you can talk to your parents about joining a gym. I don't recommend that you get weights at home - you will need to learn how to use them safely first. Even something as "simple" as arm curls can hurt your back if your not doing them right.

In recap, to build muscle mass, you need to lift weights. You also need to make sure your expectations are reasonable. A professional - like a gym teacher or a personal trainer - can help you do both of those things safely.

You can get Abs, from doing simple push-ups. But if you want $$$ involved.. Then you can buy the "Ab Rocker" & "Ab Roller" They're two different devices, and they definately work. Good Luck!!

Think about this: beyonce has her own personal trainer and works out for 3+ hours a day... but who says u cant get abs right? You can do all the crunches you want, but your belly will still be there if you don't first lose the fat.

6 Second abs, you can put ur legs up on your bed as if you were sitting but upside down and do crunches and situps. Situps are really bad for ur back so do crunches instead.

S'gotta be sit- ups. They are seriously boring, so spread them out over the day. Do them in clumps of ten or twenty and aim for over a hundred. Just don't wipe yerself out.
