im a 14/f...i weigh bout 105...yea i knoe its not so much...im trying to gain some weight too...and well this school year i started cheerleading...my arms had gotten a bit big...but i want them bigger!..nd my calvs are still small...i want them bigger!!..and most of all..i want abs!...i want my belly to look like beyoncez in tha new music video soldier...if anyone knows any exercises i kan do at home...to get my self looking good by this spring/summer please give me sum advice! well you could do crunches for abs and you wont really want to eat much beacuse then ull think yo fat so jst exercize

To get down to it, I'm a 15 year old girl and a 22 year old guy likes me. I've known this guy for a few months and have become really good friends with him. I didn't know he actually had a crush on me till a few weeks ago. This guy is really nice, very sweet, he always cares about me. He always wants to know how I feel and how he can make it any better. He calls me practically every night. He trusts me and I trust him. We've talked about our feelings for eachother... I used to not think of him as anything more than a friend, but now I think I am starting to like him more. We see eachother at least once a week, usually with groups of other friends but I have been alone with him a couple times, once to his house. He has never tried to pull anything on me... he respects my boundaries, yet he shows he still cares. My parents don't like that I even talk to a 22 year old guy on the phone. If they ever knew I wanted to go out with him, they'd freak. I'd like to give him a chance, but I don't know if it's worth hiding from my parents and the fact that he's so much older than me makes the possibility chances of it working slimmer. Any advice on what I should do? (link)

well, if you like him enough and you trust him and care about him, it shouldnt really matter, so i think you should try to go out with him, but not letting your parents know. :)
