I'm from Ireland I dye my hair way too much. I've been blonde, brown, brown with blonde, black, red, and blonde again!I love helping people I found advicenators when I was just 15 and didn't understand the world! I feel I have matured with this site. The people on here are amazing and I love coming on here in my spare time to be there for people in need. I won't tell you what you want to hear because that's not advice it's just fooling yourself. I try to help in whatever way I can I try not to judge and try to relate to a situation if I can. :) If you don't like honesty then you won't like my advice.
If you're kind enough to rate me please leave a comment letting me know if I helped! I love hearing that I have!
Please try to use proper grammar and be coherent.

So I've seen this guy around college recently. We've never spoken but were in the same room for an hour once and made loads of eye contact, kept eyeing each other up and smiling at each other etc. There was a lot of chemistry.
Then I found out he had a gf, & eventually decided not to pursue it. However, they've recently broken up (mutual decision) and I think I might try to pursue him now. Thing is, I only ever see him around sometimes & we've never actually spoken directly to each other. I've added him on facebook, but we've never talked on there. I know we have a lot of common. He's in a band, and into art & the same music as me. We don't have any of the same friends, but know some of the same poeple.
I'm really shy and don't know how to go about pursuing him, any ideas?
x
Hey there :)
Okay I know it can be scary and you say your shy but really the first step to pursuing him is to strike up convirsation :)
think about it what have you got to loose?you said yourself you think you have alot in common..
strike up convirsation about some band you like or soemthing to do with music or whatever really.
think of him as any other friend and remember to relax and be yourself I know its nerver racking but once you get over that first herdle of actually approaching him the rest will come naturally :)
don't sit back and do nothing because you could be missing out on a something that could potentially be great and youl forever kick yourself wondering what would of happend!
Maybe even talk about some class or something in college there are a wide range of things to talk about at your disposal get to know him :) & go from there.
He could be delighted you came to talk to him he might be afraid to make the first move too alot of guys are like that..so just be bold and go for it!
best of luck & hope it works out for you
hope this helped too..
