Sounds like he did ejaculate. Because his sperm did not come in direct contact with your vagina, you have no worries of being pregnant. If you guys weren't wearing clothes at the time, however, than you would have a problem. I don't think you should have reacted so silently. He probably feels embarrassed or ashamed...He is really attracted to you and you should let him know that you appreciate that! So i would definitely bring this up and let him know that. I'm sure he is worrying about what happened.
