advice
Me and this girl have been friends for quite awhile but now to the point where we're talking every single day and A LOT. I am totally falling for her and I want to ask her to be my girlfriend. How should I ask her? Please be specific, like how to start the conversation and stuff!!!
Like should I just straight up tell her?
Should I ask her if she likes me, and if she says yes then profess my feelings?
Please help! And PS, even if she doesn't like me back, I would like to still be friends with her, so is there a way to ensure that?
You could very well lead up to it, but if you want to make sure she understands what you're saying, try this:
"Hey [name]. Can we talk?"
"Yeah, sure.."
"Don't worry, it's nothing bad. It's actually really good. Well, lately, I've been feeling like we've been getting closer, and I've really loved it. And, the truth is, I think I really really like you..."
"[Hopefully her response is the same]"
"Well, so then what would you say if I asked you out?" [or something other than "Will you go out with me?"]
I think you should straight up tell her. That's the best.
