advice

My tongue has been sore a lot lately. Particularly on both sides. From side to side. It hurts so bad, it hurts to move my tongue, or eat.

Soreness goes away within a few days.. then a day or two later it comes right back.

I can't go to a Doctor because I have no insurance. Laid off.. so if that is an option I would be consulting the Doctor instead =]

What can I do to reduce pain? And get rid of it?

Thanks for anything in advance.

I would eat soft foods, because maybe that will help soreness go down by you not chewing as much.

If you eat ice cream, if might help your mouth feel better, too.

Go to a pharmacy, and maybe they can give you something OTC [over-the-counter] to help your mouth soreness go down.
