I'm 17 Female, and my bestfriend in the entire world is also 17 but Male.

I've known him since kindergarten (14years) and we've been best friends the whole time, now I kinda want to be more then friends but I don't know if he'll take it seriously when I tell him.

Telling him's not the issue I can do that bit..

So what is your question, exactly?
How to make him take you seriously?

Do it face to face so he can see you aren't kidding around.
Or try writing down what you feel in a letter and giving it to him.
I've been in this position before, I didn't take it seriously because my friend is always, always joking. but after he kept telling me and tried to show me, I believed it.
