advice
i am 16 years old. i weight 95 pounds and 5 ft 5"3 inches....in this book that i have it says i should be weighing 115 pounds. All I want is to weigh 110. I've tried eating, but sometimes i just don't feel like it so i don't do it. Its not like i'm trying to starve myself, but sometimes food is not something that i crave. Its weird, and i really want to change it. I've eaten meat, and pasta, and oyster sandwitches and peanuts. Yeah, i've gainned a little weight, butafter a while, my appetite goes away...i don't know what to do....i don't like being a stick....i want curvyness at least...110 is what i'm really looking at...do you guys havei any ideas? they would really help so...anyways...thank you!!!:)
In the end you need to intake enough calories, there is no way around that obviously. However, have you tried looking into meal replacements or supplements? You can get weight gainer shakes for people like you who have trouble gaining weight... There are a variety of shakes available, some are designed to replace meals fully, others are intended as supplements.
Just go past a store either, either in person or online (I could give you a link, but since I am in Europe I only know places that deliver within the EU). However a quick google search should do it.
Let me underline something though, just so I dont end up giving advice that can be detrimental in the long run. You should really, really, get into the habit of learning to eat regular balanced meals. There really is no long term substitute for proper nutrition. However, if occasionally you have trouble getting enough calories, then supplements and meal replacements should be just fine.
Good luck.
