when people say how far have you gone, whats it mean as in what all is there? kissing.. sex.. what else??

You can refer to the "bases" for guidance.
1st - kissing
2nd - hand jobs
3rd - oral
Homerun - Sex
Or if you've done something which isn't an actual base, like groping for example, then that would be your answer... IF you want to tell anyone how far you've gone anyway. What business is it of theirs? :P
