Last friday I had extremely bad cramps but my period had ended wednesday so it wasn't my period. It started on the left side in what felt like the intestines. The pain eventually spread all in the lower abdomen and all the way around to my back. I could barely walk and when I'd sit, every time I changed the position I was sitting in the pain worsened, evening laying down didn't help. I was worried it was my appendix but I eventually went to the bathroom and the horrible pain went a way but I was still cramping in my left side. Saturday I spotted and tuesday also. Since friday I've continued feeling cramps in my lower abdomen. I have felt nauseous and had cramping and sharp pains.

I am going to the gyno, but wanted some opinions. Could it be pregnancy? But I'm also thinking it might be a cyst.

also, i'm on yaz birth control.

Nobody on this site can diagnose you.
Your best shot is to take a trip to the doctors, and have them check you out.

(Rating: 2) "I am going to the gyno, BUT wanted some opinions." read the full question.

when i walk into the doctor's office, i like to have a general idea what i might have. example: i'm coughing, feels like it's in my chest. doesn't go away for 2 or 3 weeks. OH!!! MAYBE I HAVE A CHEST COLD. go to the doctor "i think i may have a chest cold". doctor says, "alright, well let's check this and that and blahblahblah". turns out it's turning into pleurisy or pneumonia.

I didn't ask anyone to diagnose me. I asked for some opinions, such as personal experience. so thanks for wasting your time and telling me what I already knew.
