Hey, my names Ariellll but I go by Rel. I don't look nor act my age & I know more than I should for my age, I lllloveee yo give advice, & think I do a pretty good job, wanna know if I really do, then ask me a question : ) !

First off -- I'm a very honest and straight forward person. I don't like drama and I'm pretty chill. When I'm older I would like to be a therapist. So, this site really allows me to practice ! :)

I tend to go by the fllllow and don't regret much. I'm in love with Lillll' Wayne. I could watch movies everyday of my life.

Im 120 pounds
and i walk like 3 miles. and lose 300 calories and my speed is 6.0 or----> 6.5

so yeah. to be more specific isnt that good .

Yes, that's good. But to be completely honest, you should always watch what you eat & do alittle weight training. To gain muscles in your back, chest, and arms. Also, 3 miles and at a speed of 6.0 on a treadmill would be running and you would DEFINATLY loose more than 300 calories. Which is good, even just doing 1.5 miles and loosing 300 calories is good. But what you're doing is excellent, and to do it everyday too !
