Very helpful tool :D
advice
Ok, I'm 18/m and have an excess amount of fat around the mid section. Currently I am living on my own, have been for about 2 years now and have never felt more alive and well. Heres my problem, my gf is about to have her prom, and I wanna look my best for her as she is going to try to look her best for me. I have never had abs, this is, in my mine, one of the best looking thing a guy can do for his body is have abs, now, to my question. How can I get abs? Currently I alternate sit-ups 150 one day and rest then repeat and have been doing this for about 1 week now, i ride my bike to work every day except on my day off, work is about 5 or 6 km away, takes half an hour each way, but my diet isn't that great. I was also wandering what kind of foods would be good for losing fat from my midsection. Also any other excersizes(sp?) that could help are greatly appreciated, thanx.
P.S. I live in Canada
good ab workouts ->> http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm
try this
or
as for the foods you should eat
or
but remember. To get good abs you have to keep making the exercise/work out harder and more intense. Otherwise you body will get used to it.
Best of luck!
(Rating: 5) thank you, this is the best advise I've had yet.
