My 2 year contract for Verizon is technically up May 5th, but I've heard you can go upgrade your phone 2 months before it's up? Is this true? _(link)

well its true with cingular/att most likely true with all companies, you can check your account on the site, and it will tell you if you are eligible, or you can call and ask, if they say no, you can ask for an exception upgrade, and they might give you a new phone anyway
